Wonderful little place to stay and in a good location. The property had everything that we needed for a short stay and more. Not a complaint as it adds to the charm but be aware that the doors are not full height. Not a problem for us and in fact, it added to the ambience in the evenings.

Everything we needed was packed into the four rooms - kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom. Ingeniously planned and built. Very cosy. Location was excellent, just ten minutes' drive from Conwy. Parking on driveway at front of house. Friendly and helpful hosts.

Excellent use of space but was rather cramped. Low ceiling in kitchen took some getting used to, and I'm only 174 cm tall. Bed was on the small side as we both wriggle in our sleep!!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Quiet location, spotlessly clean, well equipped. Plenty of hot water and fluffy towels. Comfortable bed.

Not a major problem but steep slope down to accommodation and low ceilings. Bed squeaked a bit.

We absolutely loved it! It had everything you would need. Well equipped kitchen, two televisions with now tv and netflix etc. Comfy reclining sofa! Bed was also super comfy. We loved all the extras that most places wouldn’t think of - such as hot water bottles. Its also walkable to llandudno via the road or the coastal road, so an ideal location. Hosts were lovely too and flat was spotlessly clean.

Obviously watch out for the low ceilings - although my fiancé is 6 foot 4 and coped fine. Could have done with a couple extra bits such as chopping knifes but no bother!

Facilities were great, as was the location.

Obviously there was height issues. But nothing that spoilt a great 2 night stay.

The garden flat had everything we needed, and felt like home from home. Big screen TV, reclining leather sofa, microwave, hairdryer etc. Lovely outlook. Also beauty treatments available, discounted for guests.

The flat is basement style so ceilings are quite low. Not so good for taller guests. I am 5ft 7 so OK and only bumped my head once. Low beams are clearly signed though.
