Overall our stay was great. Staff at front desk were pleasant and friendly. The room was clean and bed was comfortable, but did not sleep well due to health issues. Went to the pool late last night round 9:30ish. Pool and area was clean but a little too cold for my liking. Hot water was coming through the jets but not warming the whole pool. A hot tub would be great!! Breakfast was excellent. A lot to choose from. I would for sure stay here again due to the fact it is close to the university and that why we choose this hotel. The university was holding an open house

Renovated. Service was great. I think corners had been cut on cleaning. Toilet seat was dirty and one bed when we hadnt been in it yet and pulled the sheet back the fitted sheet was full of dirt and like someone slept in it without changing it. We had to sleep on top of the flat sheet instead. Wanted to call and get new sheets but it was late! Not enough towels for a family of 4 either. Also we asked to pay in advance and they charged us days ahead of time. We might have wanted to use a different payment method? Breakfast was great!! Hotel was clean in hallways and other areas. Pool area was great. Id stay again but id check the rooms cleanliness upon arrival.

I found the day time staff at the facility was awesome .The attitude of the late night staff at front desk not so great. Breakfast was nice and much appreciated. Cleaning staff were helpful and kind. We would stay there again.

A lovely hotel, conveniently situated near main roads. Quiet location. Staff very friendly. Room large and very comfortable. Climate control very effective. Lovely new towels. Microwave, fridge, hairdryer, ironing board, huge TV and safe all excellent. Breakfast plentiful and good choice. Pool clean and had towels provided. Gym with three treadmills, two cross trainers, bike and lots of free weights.

Our floor was very loud and the staff did nothing to fix the problem. Dirty towels! Dirty towels is unacceptable! Overall very disappointing. My son and I travel often and we won’t ever be back.

Overall the experience I had was great.

The service is not very good, the elevators can never be use since the cleaning service is done all day until the afternoon, and there is cleaning personal going up and down all day long with sheets carts, there is always a line at the lobby, the luggage carts are never at the entrance and there is no one to help with the carry of luggage. The employees try to be nice, but I believe they need more help. The bed are made every two days.
Anyway, I am not coming back.

I like the entrance smel so.good upon entering the property. I don't like the pool when we were there the door is open at the back and.lots of people watching while my daughter is swimming seems they are having a party and access the pool at the same time so loud . Like.no privacy at all.

It was a good experience at Holiday Inn express. We particularly were excited about the swimming pool for our kids. Though pool water wasn’t clear like we would have wanted. Breakfast was good.

I loved staying at this hotel, everything was great! There’s only one thing that wasn’t too pleasant, my room was facing the police station so I could hear the sirens going off, in the morning, and that woke me up a couple times. Other than that, everything was awesome!

The cleanliness, and the beds met my expectations. The front desk guy that welcomed me needs to improve his customer service. His unwillingness to provide basic customer service had me questioning if I'm on an IHG hotel. For example I had to wait for 3 plus hours to get a plunger to unblock the toilet. He went home without providing help despite him knowing that I was on a wheelchair and needed help

I was traveling with my daughter who has severe allergies to scents, be this perfume or cleaning products. The staff went to great lengths to provide bedding which was washed with minimal detergent and removed all products from the room which could trigger a reaction in her. Thank you so much for all this extra work. It gave us a room where she did not have to sleep in her "gas mask". Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Hotel was very nice but it’s location was not what I expected. In a bad area of town. Didn’t feel safe in area to get something to eat at night . Continental breakfast was chaotic and over crowded. Rooms and bathrooms were smaller than expected. If going to Canada’s wonderland would recommend a different location.
