Beautiful house and great host

Beautiful villa. Tastefully furnished. Pool and grounds lovely – best pool of any villa we’ve stayed. Agree with previous review that getting the key from hotel is a little inconvenient but only 10-15 minutes walk to the villa. No welcome pack (only coffee machine with pods) so if you’re arriving late make sure you have supplies you need with you. Shampoo/body wash and poolside towels provided. There is a 24 hour mini mart on road into Torrevieja (about 10 mins walk away) if needed. Only 4 loungers when villa takes 6 people and 2 of them ripped when we stayed. TV doesn’t have English channels but there are channels which show English speaking serials and films (mainly American) if you just want to unwind in front of the TV. There is a centro commercial 5 minutes walk from the villa with bars, restaurants and a supermarket and another with a wider variety of shops/supermarkets 10-15 minutes walk away. Only 15 minutes walk to seafront and 25-30 minutes to Torrevieja centre but plenty of shops, restaurants and bars locally. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Overall the property was excellent, in particular the outdoor space and the pool. The location was good. It was a 10-15 minute walk down to the beach and the promenade. A 5 minute walk to the local bars and restaurants with many more situated on the promenade. The supermarket was just across the road and there were a further two supermarkets about 10 minutes from the villa where there was also a shopping centre. As this is a residential area there are a lot of barking dogs and a nursery for 0-3 year olds two doors down. There was also a kennel quite close by. It could be quite noisy in the mornings when you were lazing by the pool. Very quiet in the evenings. The pool area was fantastic, absolutely loved it, outside toilet and shower and plenty of space. The sun loungers were great but one was broken. This didn't affect us as we were only two. I agree with a previous review that it is difficult to sunbathe on your front as the loungers are curved and are not adjustable but there is plenty of grass area to lie on. The house was modern and very spacious. There was lots of storage but very few hangers. Bring extra with you. The living space was very comfortable and whilst I do not go on holiday to watch television it would have been nice to have some UK channels albeit I did know about this prior to arrival. A big disappointment was no air conditioning in the bedrooms. Fans were provided on request but it was very warm and these were not sufficient to cool the rooms. A property of this size would definitely benefit from air conditioning throughout. There was also no full length mirror which is a minor thing but something I really missed. Kitchen was well equipped and a really nice space. It would have been helpful to have some instructions to help navigate the appliances although some were self explanatory. The support is good during your stay. The Hotel Madrid was a 5 minute walk from the villa and there was always someone on hand to offer advice or help with problems. All in all it was a lovely property and I miss the pool already. I would definitely visit again.

This villa is as good as it looks in the photos. It has everything you need and the outside pool and dining area is great. It is perfect with the supermarket so close and only a short walk to the main area with restaurants, bars and shops. It is the second time we have stayed here and I am sure it won’t be our last. Great villa, very nicely presented, clean, all day sun in the garden. Would definitely recommend and return. Great communication with host. You don't even know it's there from the road, electric gates let you into a lovely villa. Just be careful as the curb isn't dropped near the entrance gate, we found it easier to reverse in.

La casa es muy espaciosa y decorada con mucho gusto. El espacio exterior es muy amplio. Ideal para pasar unos días muy tranquilos con la familia o amigos.

Fint hus med eget basseng. Fint uteområde for å slappe av. Nær matbutikk og ca 1/2 time å gå til sentrum. Veldig lett å kommunisere med eieren.

Picking up the keys was a bit of a faff but once we got them everything was great. Dishwasher didnt work the first night, but juan was there in an hour to fix it so no problems. Really lovely spacious villa. There is no air conditioning in the bedrooms, but there is a fan which was fine. Pool area was fantastic. Had the sun all day. The only thing I would say is that whilst theres loads of seating areas outside, the loungers are the nice expensive ones, but they dont recline or anything so you cant really sunbathe. Not a problem as I just laid on my lilo on the floor which was comfortable enough. The villa is located within a 2 minute walk from the mercadona and 10 min walk from carrefour. About 20 mins walk to town. Bars, pharmacy, other shops, wine bodega literally all in walking distance. Communication with juan was brilliant and happy to answer any questions. Will definitely be booking again

We stayed in this villa last year as well so that is testiment in itself. We have loved it both times this year we stayed for two weeks. It is really modern and clean it has absolutely everything you would need to keep all the family happy. It is in a great location, less then a minute from the supermarket, restaurants and a lovely Irish bar and a 15 minute walk from the main strip and beaches. We would highly recommend it.

Fuimos unos amigos a pasar el fin de año. La vivienda cuenta con todas las comodidades que puedas necesitar. Los dueños durante la estancia se preocuparon de que no nos faltase de nada, volveremos, pero a la próxima en verano para disfrutar de la piscina.

We have stayed in this villa before and it doesn't disappoint! So moch lovely outdoor space, garden, pool, lots of nice seating areas. 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms, and a well equipped kitchen. Also a great location - close to shops, bars, park etc. Loved it!

Het ontvangst en hulp van de verhuurder was top! Fijne woning met genoeg ruimte. Enige minpunt was het bed. De lattenbodem was niet van fantastisch. Als je in bed ging liggen, kwam het voeteneind een stukje omhoog. Maar verder helemaal prima!

We absolutely loved the villa, it was perfectly located for the supermarket & Irish pub which were a two minute walk away. A fantastic sized private pool, the owner was really nice and very helpful. The only negative I have was there is only air con in the main living area and not in the bed rooms. The bed rooms did get really hot during the night. It might be an idea to put fans in the bedrooms. I have already booked it again for two weeks next year and looking forward to it.

Villa is very modern and has great areas around it in the gardens to catch the sun. Shaded outside sofa area is really nice in evenings. There is a supermarket just two .minutes away and large indoor shopping centre with restaurants about 15 min walk. Or you can use the local bars and restaurants which are 5 mins away which are good. Is about 20 min walk from beach and 25 min from the centre and funfair etc. The pink lagoon is walkable as well about 20 mins away.. only thing that could do with changing is the air conditioning as it is only in the lounge and the bedrooms this time of year get hot. A lovely relaxing holiday though and would recommend.

Moderne og praktisk hus med fine uteområder. Nydelig pool som vi benyttet mye. Alt var svært tilfredsstillende, foruten at det skulle vært aircondition gjennom hele huset, evt noen vifter på soverommene.

The villa was everything we expected and more. It's true to the pictures and the pool was more than big enough. The villa and grounds were spotless, hats off to the cleaning/ maintenance team. ! The owners supply nearly everything, from dishwasher tablets, bin bags to lilos for the pool and a tiny pool that our little grandson loved! We had a problem with the microwave and within an hour of emailing the owner she had brought us a new one,, excellent customer service ! There are now lay down sunbeds, in all we counted 30 different seats / sofas to choose from so no fighting for a chair outside or inside for that matter, we were a family of 5 adults and a baby and the villa is very spacious. The supermarket is just across the road and a Shopping Centre is just up the road and a good water park is too. We had a car and drove the 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants etc. There is also a market and small fairground to explore. Torrevieja is a pleasant town and there are plenty of shops, bars restaurants etc along the Beach Front but it's not been taken over by tacky souvenir shops.Ive only two small complaints and they are that we had to email owner just before we went to find out where to get the keys, in all the other villas we have stayed in have let us know quite early on. Also the kerb has not been lowered into the villa, we hired a big car and everytime we pulled in to the drive the was a sharp intake of breath from my other half! To sum up we loved the villa and Torrevieja and would recommend them both to everyone.

Das Ferienhaus ist wie beschrieben. Großes Grundstück, schöne Zimmer. Gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter Vermieter, alles problemlos.

The house is Brilliant and near all amenities, there is a supermarket across the road and about 5 mins walk away there is a lidl and the Habernaras shopping center. There are bars and restaurants 2 mins away and the seafront is approx 10-15 mins stroll. the owner could not do enough for you what ever we asked for we got and you don't need to take anything it has absolutely everything you need. The only negative that I could say about the house is that there was no tin opener and it could do with some lay down sunloungers. There are plenty of seating and lounge chairs but nothing to lay flat so we had to use the floor, but he did ask us if we wanted us to get some but we said no, so I wouldn't be surprised if he hasn't put some in there now. the English television is very limited too, we could only get BBCWorld news

our 2nd stay in this villa location wise its faultless & as im wheelchair user everything was accessible inside n out

I stayed here the last week in July and it was simply perfect. There was 6 of us/3 couples and we had such a relaxing week. The villa is as good if not better than the photos, with everything you need. The pool is amazing and we loved the outside seating area, a great place to relax day and night. It has a mercadona supermarket 200m from the villa which was great! We did all of our food shopping here! The town and beach is only a 15/20 minute walk away with lots of cafes, bars and restaurants! There is also a market that is open every night which we really liked. We most definitely will be coming back. I could not recommend this villa any more and have been recommending it to everyone I know in need for a relaxing break.

Villa Mi Sol is a wonderful property and was absolutely perfect for our group - 3 couples aged 30-32. Location wise there is a huge supermarket less than a 2 minute walk over the road. Also, it is walkable to the shopping centre as well as the harbour (20 mins) or you can hop in a taxi. The villa is extremely spacious both inside and out and the pictures do not do it justice - all 3 bedrooms are spacious and the lounge is more than big enough, albeit you won't need to spend too much time in there as the outside of the villa is set up perfectly. Kitchen is also big with everything you need. Huge outdoor space, with a grass area as the side of the villa, car parking space for 2 cars and then a pool (which looks smaller than it is in the pictures). The outdoor sofa area is also spacious. Oh, there is also a football goal for the kids... Or adults... Only couple of things I would mention that could be improved would be air con in each bedroom as well as a couple of full length mirrors but these are minor, however would improve the overall villa experience. I wouldn't hesitate to re-book the villa, we have had an amazing stay.

ima wheelchair user & the access inside & outside the villa was excellent & could not fault it no steps & walk in double shower was a god send to me villa was pleasant & clean location wise,had everything close by supermarket,bars etc so no need for car would i book this villa again,definitely 1 of best ive booked location wise & wheelchair friendly & ive been booking villas for 20years
