Kitchen was sufficiently stocked with necessary tools. It was a convenient walk downtown.

Spacious apartment in a quiet location. Well equipped kitchen, coffee express, electric kettle, all utensils, cosy dining nook.
The windows in the kitchen could not be opened, although there were many, making it impossible to air out the place.

Papa'a Place was a wonderful stay in Leadville. It was centrally located, clean, and comfortable. The historical building it was located in was beautiful. Also, we accidentally locked ourselves out and our host had us back in again within 10 minutes--great customer service. We would stay here again.
The pillows could use an upgrade, but the bed was comfortable.

Cute place to stay.
There was way too much communication about the stay which ultimately made it very confusing. Also, it was an expensive stay for what it was. And to get an extra hour to help clean up would have cost us extra money. I have never experienced that before.
