大浴場やリフレッシュルームなどもあり、とてもリラックスできました。 朝食も美味しかったし、送迎バスもとてもありがたかったです。

洗面所やトイレの水圧が弱かったのがちょっと残念でした。

マッサージ椅子が無料で使えて、とても良かった。 電子レンジがあって助かった。 部屋のテレビが大きくてよかったです。

風呂場の洗うところが少なくて、並んだので、数を増やして欲しい。

朝食にサラダ欲しかった。駐車場が立体なので、出しづらかった…

朝食美味しかったです。ジェットバスがすごかったです。浴衣も着心地良かったです。

北と南に別れてて、北館の方が、自販機が充実していました。

Facilities were honestly the best thing I've ever experienced for a hotel. The Gym had a range of equipment, not just treadmill. The Manga and quiet rooms were perfect for relaxing. The sauna was a great way to end the day. Honestly, AMAZING. Besides the facilities, other qualities of staying here: Close to the station, easy to get to. Convenience stores close by. Staff very friendly! Great to both local and international tourists.

check in staff not very helpful, kept saying “no English”, not even tried to write on paper or google translate as others do; room a bit small, air conditioning can’t be adjusted to personal need, hot while sleeping !

there were a lot of facilities where you can take a rest such as the entertainment room (you can read manga while watching tv), massage chairs are free of use, and others like sauna and ned rock bathing. They also have free breakfast although it was only bread and soup, the croissant bread was one of my favorite.

There were a slight problem on the parking. We already paid 4days for the parking but there was a time wherein the staff told us that it was already full and just search for other parking areas. It would be nice if there is a separate parking ticket for those who will use the parking for how many days to avoid confusion.

The relaxation floor was great which includes public bath area, hot stone room, smoking room, vending machines for drinks, and most importantly free massage chairs. The area was clean and tidy. The hotel has designated smoking rooms within the hotel, in the lobby and on the 2nd floor (relaxation floor).
