A very comfortable hotel. The room is well laid out and everything is clean. There’s a massage pillow in the room which is a nice touch. The staff were very helpful since I left a personal item in the room when checking out and they helped send it to another hotel. The breakfast is worth the money and has a good selection. Very happy

Would be nice to have a smart tv with Netflix and other streaming

Have to walk a bit from the nearest train station but the distance is acceptable. BUT nearest exits are all with staircase only. May have to find out where is the nearest escalator or lift exit. The hotel is clean and onsen is nice. Do give it a try!

The bed is small yet comfortable, we really like the pillow. The location was great, close to where we planned to go.

大浴場があるにもかかわらず、お部屋もバストイレ別なところ。

Idéalement situé à Nagoya, l'hôtel permet de rejoindra les quartiers animés en soirée, mais aussi la gare centrale pour des excursions à la journée. La station de métro est juste à côté ce qui permet aussi de bouger très facilement en ville. La chambre était plutôt grande et le personnel impeccable : j'ai été bien aidé pour envoyer mes valises par TaQbin au prochain hotel. ils ont même pris le soin de téléphoner devant moi au prochain hotel pour s'assurer de ma réservation et de leur capacité à recevoir mes bagages en avance. Parfait !

가성비 최고 호텔 나고야 역까지는 전철로 10분, 가까운 히사야오도리역까지는 걸어서 4분 최고의 역세권 호텔입니다. 호텔 꼭대기 층에 대욕탕이 있었는데 많이 붐비지도 않고, 깨끗함은 기본, 다이슨 헤어드라이기 기본으로 비치되어 있습니다. 하루 2만보씩 걷고 자기 전에 대욕탕에서 목욕하면서 피로를 싹 풀면 제대로 힐링이 되는 여행이였습니다. 10월의 일본은 생각보다 더웠는데 14층에 얼음 자판기 보고 얼죽아인 저는 경악을 금치 못했습니다. 호텔 가운이 아니라 찜질방 옷(?) 같은 옷을 매일 갈아주시는데 목욕하고 나서 호텔 옷으로 갈아입고 자고 잠옷 괜히 가져왔습니다. 다음에 나고야 가면 여기 재방문 의사 100프로 있습니다.

호텔 방이 조금 좁았지만 가격 생각하면 이 정도면 괜찮다고 생각했습니다. 호텔에서 시간을 오래 보내는 여행 스타일이시면 조금 좁은 감이 있고, 호텔은 잠만 자는 곳이라고 생각하시는 분은 괜찮은 곳입니다. 조식은 한번 정도 먹을만한 식사인 것 같습니다.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Die Lage ist bestens in der Nähe sind viele Restaurants. Zimmer war im 10. Stock, Fenster lies dich öffnen. Top ausgestattet. Bett und Kissen sehr bequem.

Ohne Koffer reisen, am besten versenden und Rucksack mitnehmen.

Very friendly staff, inside the hotel felt safe and clean

It was by far the smallest room we have stayed in in Japan so far (11days) I actually couldn't be bothered trying to get my suitcase open since it was only for the night. Although the room it's self was still beautiful. The biggest dislike however was the location. During the day it was a tourist paradise, however venturing out at night felt very unsafe. Nothing to do with the hotel at all, but definitely something to keep in mind when staying in this area.

Hotel manager is a kind, solution oriented person. I thank to him for his help during my stay. The air condition in my room leaked water all night, and Mr. Manager offered me a new room and helped me moving there. He is a truly kind, professional person.

I had high expectations from this hotel, thinking its a four star premise. Breakfast is terribly weak, lots of "do this, don't do that" rules in breakfast room. Hotel overall have a fancy decoration but level of service is low compared to other Japanese hotels even with three star ratings. There is a tall male receptionist with zero english who has been mentioned in some other comments. He is a rude and incompetent person. He trash talked about me with his short, petite male receptionist friend when I asked for some reasonable assistance. I understand a few Japanese words and caught him talking trash. Maybe he is mentally challenged, I don't know but hotel should have warn customers about such employees. Overall, I don't recommend this venue. Sadly they are the worst hotel I had been to in Japan.
