Everything. This was the most depressing room, I have ever booked. It smelled of old stale cigarette smoke, it was gloomy and dismal. The mattress was like a plank of wood. There was nowhere to sit other than the bed. I spent 15 minutes in the room and gave up. I booked another room at a hotel so actually didn't use the room at all. Complete waste of money.

It was a council estate with no parking as was filled with cars. We couldn’t make the time of entry as traffic meant we would have been late for a wedding so thought we would go after the ceremony. We tried but got no answer from email for 20 mins. It was raining and we didn’t like the look of the place or have anywhere to park so decided we were best off not drinking and driving home. It should give you a code number for a key box so you can go there anytime that suits you. I would not recommend this place.
