Нов хотел с много дигитални решения. Големи и уютни стаи. Бяха предоставени комплименти в стаята.
Поради факта, че хотелът е нов вероятно все още не са оборудвани стаите с малки консумативи за удобството на посетителите. Удачно е да се сложат указания за наличието на автоматизирана система на асансьорите, допълнителни гъбичка за обувки, хотелски комплекти – игли, конци, шапка за баня, малка доза паста за зъби, допълнителни възглавници. Няма направени удобства за придвижване на инвалиди на централните стълби.

Komplett neue Unterkunft, sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Die Lage ist super, 5 min zu Fuß zur Mall und 10 min mit dem Auto zum Flughafen

i had a work trip and chose this hotel as it was relatively close to the office and airport as well. everything was so nice and comfortable, as my first time in Sofia (not the 1st time in BG) I am leaving with a good impression. Thank you!

the only thing I did not like was the way you call for the lift, and the lack of buttons inside the lift - only one person or one florr at a time can be used. Everything else was top notch.
