Decorated nicely
On arrival wet towel in bathroom on floor leak in bathroom Boiler in bedroom making noise all night so wouldn’t sleep . Bed not double small double
Road very noisy outside only stayed one night booked two night so decided to go home rather than stay other night with no sleep. .

Looks like the property had not been cleaned to a decent standard at all and if your paying professional cleaners then you should be asking for a refund

No washing machine but didn’t say there was so can’t complain about that
