Cute little apartment located in the old town. Great for exploring and walking during the day with a comfortable living area to relax in the evening.

The kitchen wasn’t very well equipped. We wanted to cook in every night but there weren’t very many utensils and we were worried about scratching the pans. Could have been better.

an absolutely amazing location, just off the square. 1 min stroll to bars, restaurants and a small supermarket. a very comfortable well equipped apartment. very clean. comfy beds. I would certainly. stay here again. the parking situation can be a bit difficult as you need to park your car a short stroll from the apartment. we then had to walk and carry our bags to the apartment as the streets are very very narrow and our 4x4 car would not have fitted! we were expecting this and were prepared for it so it was no problem. Cazorla is a beautiful town. we have had a wonderful week celebrating my birthday , enjoying the beautiful walks and the wonderful food.

We did notice the bathroom heater was not working, this was not a problem as it was not needed. The only AC unit is in the lounge room, that could be an issue in the summer when it is hot. there is no A/C in the bedroom. There were 2 bathrooms, one of which was locked. the locked bathroom was the ensuite so we had to stumble round at night to use the other bathroom. we had rented the whole apartment so did not quite understand why it was locked? it would also have been nice to have an extra blanket for the bed. we were not warm enough so took the cover off one of the other beds as we were only using the main double bedroom. There were no mugs or cups for tea and coffee only glasses. we bought 2mugs from a nearby shop. There was also no kettle so we had to boil water for drinks in a pan. lots of Spanish do not use a kettle but I do feel as a rental property it should have had one. We also had to pay a supplement for our 2 small dogs for the week. it was 50 euros which I felt was rather expensive.

I would not be overstating that this property deserves the title of "The Hidden Diamond" ! If you go to Cazorla you must expect narrow winding roads, the feeling of the "packed mountain village" and rural accommodation. Well, the "feeling of rural" is there until you go through the door of the property. It is brand new renovation, with all the ultra-modern facilities you would expect in a high class European capital accommodation. It is decorated with elegance and very good taste, combining modern(minimalist) design with traditional features. Everything works perfectly, all the utilities are provided and the furniture and mattresses are high class. Very good night sleep. The apartment is perfect for a family of 4 with 2 separate bedrooms and spacious living-room. The access with the car is tricky, because you only can stop close by (Plaza Santa Maria) to unload the luggage. Then you have to park the car (if you are lucky to find a spot) in a parking 200m away. Be careful, because the streets are very narrow and steep and larger cars would not have enough space to feel comfortable. Location of this property is near the river, so you can hear the water trickling with the windows open, which is fantastic if you want to experience the rural feeling. Plaza Santa Maria, 100m away, is a great place to experience traditional food in the 4-5 restaurants that are open until late in the night, open air. Overall this was a great choice to stay and enjoy Old Cazorla !

If you are disabled or you hate steep inclines and stairs, this is not the place for you, because there's no way they could provide an elevator or flat entrances. It is a little mountain town. So, this is not a negative thing for the property, it actually adds to its authenticity and rural flavor. I'm just mentioning it, for those who want city-like comfort.

It was an ideal location, a very short walk to the restaurants for tapas, dinner or a drink. Eva is an excellent hostess, very friendly and helpful.
