Spectacular luxury apartment located in a unique area of Seville, San Fernando street, one of the best areas of the city. This spacious 200 m² duplex has a private large jacuzzi, two fantastic terraces and private parking. The flat preserves classic elements of its construction, mixed with a modern decoration.
Upon entering the flat we find a spacious hall. From the hall we access the spacious living room with Smart TV, two large L-shaped sofas, a side table and three balconies overlooking San Fernando street with privileged views of the old Royal Tobacco Factory of Seville, currently the building of the University of Seville. T The living room has a dining area with seating for four people that divides the living room area and the fully equipped modern kitchen. The living room has also a large desk ideal for thouse that need to work during their stay in Seville..
From the living room we access the ground floor bedroom.This bedroom has a double bed of 180cm x 200cm, large en-suite bathroom with shower and privileged views of the Alcazar gardens.
Up a flight of stairs we reach the top floor and the master bedroom with 180cm x 200cm double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. From this level we access the two private terraces. The first is equipped with a large Jacuzzi ideal for 4 and an ample seating area. From this terrace we have the best views of the Real Fábrica de Tabacos de Sevilla.
On the other side of the apartment we have a second terrace with sun loungers and views of the Alcazar Gardens.
Near this property we have some of the most interesting monuments of this city: the Cathedral, the Alcazar, the Giralda and the Archivo de Indias. This area also has many tapas bars and restaurants where you can enjoy the Andalusian and Sevillian gastronomy.
