As described, on a busy street, grateful for the turn around to get onto the street, one car limit.
Just wanted the porch to be more welcoming, glass on table and swept maybe power wash porch.
Refrigerator and microwave needed to be wiped down. Hook up for tv seemed unsafe, extension cords. Owner stopped by which was nice. Beds slept great, glad to have washer/dryer. Overall it was fine

First glance the house looked small from outside but that was deceiving. The home was very clean and the pans and utensils appeared to be new. You will need to bring a travel iron. We enjoyed our stay and would come back in the future.

This is a beautiful home with original old style charm, updated with modern amenities. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools we needed, as well as an array of herbs and spices for cooling. We especially enjoyed the high quality glassware for our evening cocktails. The home is large and spacious, while feeling warm and cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

This cute, quaint 100-year-old home has everything you need for a great getaway: spacious rooms, comfy beds, large kitchen, washer/dryer, smart tv, real wood floors and more. I moved my 94-year-old mother in with me for 3 weeks so we could have some quality time together. Her nurse caretaker came in daily to help out. We had a wonderful, relaxing, no-stress getaway. Just what the doctor ordered. We had such a peaceful time, we rented it again for a full month! Melissa, the rental agent, is extremely accommodating and is very quick to reply should you need her for anything. I highly recommend this rental home in Lakeland.

We had a great stay. The property manager was very responsive to all of our inquiries. The beds were very comfortable, the house was clean and homey, and equipped with everything we needed. I would definitely consider staying here again when visiting my family in the future.
