The heater did not have enough pressure to go through into the room. It Literally took about 5 hours later for the room to warm up. The door, you had to pull out the latch in order for it to properly lock. The toliet was clogged when we used it. Overall, experience wasnt so great.

Very noisy @ night. Someone on a device loud outside my door @ 3:20am,car alarms @ 4:15, people coming into room next door @ 4:20 & very loud. People going to breakfast @ 6am woke me up. Not a restful stay. Hyper vigilant due to status of door.

The bed had a metal barrier around the bottom of the bed and made noise everytime you wpukd roll over. Management was horrible unwilling to make any changes to reservations without charge more than what we paid for the room a night. Would avoid call from expedia and avoid conversation in lobby about changes. Would hide in the back room to avoid conversations about changes. We had 2 rooms for a week and finished are job early and wanted out of the last 2 nights. Would not let us out of those nights with out a large charge.

We got a double bed accessible room. The room was so small and cramped no space for my father in a wheelchair to move. Restroom was accessible I give one star for that. Staff members not friendly. We stayed for 2 night and they denied to clean our room on because it was our 2nd day of staying at the hotel. The front desk man was so rude towards us for asking. We cleaned our room and threw the trasn ourselves. We had to exchange our dirty towels for clean towels at the front. Yet again the man was so rude in exchanging our dirty towels for clean ones. We will never stay here again.

The positives: Room had been recently renovated so was very clean and comfortable, though small in size. The downside: I purchased a bunch of ant bait traps as ants were inundating the room. The bait traps were pretty effective. Most of the staff was excellent. The (I’m assuming) manager was so cold and seemed like he resented having to check me in. I was there for three weeks due to my new rental not being ready for move in. I tried to do laundry but one of the two machines was broken and are my money. No refund given. The other machine was filthy as was the dyer. I never used the pool as it’s very exposed to street traffic and as a single female did not feel comfortable and rarely saw anyone using the pool. For the money and my situation, it was the best deal I found in Santa Fe and got discount via Hotels.com.

Excellent property, I had to book it last minute as the one I booked it got miraculously cancelled by the hotel. So they checked us in late at night and were extremely helpful and happy to tell us about Zorzoba and other events happening in Santa Fe. Thank you for the great help, for the hospitality and for the suggestions. Bravo!

The late-night check-in clerk was great and so was the check-out clerk, but the "graveyard" shift guy was extremely disrespectful to us. I went down to the front desk (because the PHONE DIDN'T WORK) and informed him that the remote wasn't working. He went into our room and showed me where the toggle control on the set itself was, gave us a nasty look and then left. For the price we paid for this very tiny room, I expect better treatment.

Like a 10 minute drive from downtown. Close to all the attractions. Room was clean and breakfast decent my only complaint was the room smelled strongly of disinfectant when we got there and the pool was at times too dirty to want to swim in. Overall would recommend.

Every thing was good. The homeless population was evident, as there was a shelter near by, the room did have a stale smell, and a ceiling fan would be beneficial. But our overall experience with really good. The breakfast was nice and the employees were very friendly. I’d say we would return.

Attendant who checked us in was very courteous and accomodating. Assigned room was adequate size, clean and neat, but smelled of smoke. Attendant assigned us another room. Hated the metal bed skirt, banging noise everytime when bumped with foot. Housekeeping service terrible. Stayed 3 nights with no housekeeping and had to ask for towels 2nd and 3rd nights. Will not stay at a Quality Inn in the future

I didn't like they charged me an extra 110 for a deposit and they never give it back. I would make sure if you have to give them a deposit on staying there. Make sure you get it back. We had to dispute it on our credit card, and haven't got it back yet.

The water in the shower was cold. When we called and asked about it the gentleman said he would come right over to check it. He never came. When we called him again he said i can't leave the reception area after we had already been waiting. I got in the shower to shower with cold water and he knocked at the door. When i came out of the shower to open the door he was gone.
