Massive disappointment - spent hours cleaning and disinfecting kitchen - filthy pans, soiled glassware, dishes and utensils , dirty socks, soda bottles under beds, bedding was soiled and water bowl and food dish for dogs looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Vacasa - the property manager - severely lacked customer service as.we spent nearly 10 of the first 24 hours cleaning or on the phone with Vacasa and another 3 hours on the phone the second day of our stay dealing with snow removal so we could exit the property.. Vacasa was not very understanding about our concern of snow removal and we wound up removing the snow ourselves.. Not once did Vacasa ever apologize nor share any understanding of our disappointment in the condition of the home - which was nearly $400 a night. Ultimately, after vacasa offered a refund on the cleaning fee --- for which we are still waiting to receive - its been 4 weeks! Overall it was a tremendous disappointment.
