We loved the family sized room. Having more space was super helpful. The staff and service were all great! The shuttle from the airport was convenient. The area is nice and a bit more quiet than the hustle and bustle of Madrid. We liked the numerous parks in the area and were happy that Aldi is right around the corner. The train station is a bit of a walk, but doable. Overall, we enjoyed our one night stay.

The hotel was impeccable clean and the room was what I need it after 12 day visiting Spain and Portugal.
I selected this hotel for the shuttle services to the airport; but they don’t offered on the weekends; only disappointment but the bartender made it up by fixing me a great dinner not listed on the menu.
Highly recommended this hotel.

It’s a nice place, little far from the downtown, but a good place.

Awful place. Do NOT stay here. They do NOT offer transportation to the hotel. The bed had nasty smells. It is in the middle of nowhere with only factories around it. You cannot get a taxi dr

Of that the place has thin walls we heard noise all night. The staff was very very unfriendly and un helpful. The shower was awful too - the water kept going from Hot to cold. All in all do not stay here, there are way better options.

We stayed one night prior to flying out of Madrid. Close to airport and free hotel transportation. Very large and clean family room and staff were very helpful. Excellent stay.

Convenient location. Free shuttle was awesome. Food was tasty and available. We could have used an extra pillow. One pillow each was a little uncomfortable. Also, the shower stall leaked water through the door, each time you showered. Otherwise, staff was friendly and helpful.

The AC did not work and next day at the front desk some of the staff told me the AC probably was not working because was in snow mode, that mean to me not fare at all. Never again I will come back. Very bad experience

The staff were very friendly, best price for a hotel near Madrid airport. Still need a taxi on the weekends as their shuttles only run during the week. The dining was fine, decent, staff very nice. Wish the rooms had espresso machines. Decent hotel for the price.

Enjoyed our stay here. Close to business location. You can walk to a supermarket and mall. Good restaurant in the hotel with nice staff. The pool is heated, with a retractable roof. Too bad there are no robes in the room to go to the pool. And no kettle or coffeemaker in the room. That would make it perfect.

Not great if you don’t have a car or don’t want to use a taxi as it’s hard to explore the area as it’s in the middle of a around-about with roads either side. Nowhere to walk out and find shops or cafe.
