The house was very clean and well furnished with everything you could possibly need for the stay.

It was great! To the days leading up to our arrival and to the moment right before we checked out communication was fast. The house had everything we needed and more. Location was perfect as well. We spent most of our time in the pool or in the family living room. There was enough parking for everyone and enough space on the golf cart for us as well. Only two things we had problems with, but it was not a make or break for us. We will definitely be back again. You won’t regret staying here, it’s great for large groups and families.

House was wonderful and exactly as described. The pool and closeness of the beach with the use of the golf cart really made are annual family 4th trip! Would definitely recommend!

We arrived to Florida early, so we contacted getaways by PCB, they responded instantly and allowed us to enter the house early without an extra charge. There were a few minor issues, like the hole in the wall, hidden by a picture, used condom under upstairs couch, old Chinese wrappers in downstairs window seal. Furniture is well used. However, the proximity to beach is awesome! The golf cart included in the rental is very well used, wheal feels like it’s going to fall off, but it gets you there. We only drove it to beach, ended up renting one from a local shop. The pool was a hit with the littles, and the adults loved the whirlpool and the outdoor furniture. We grilled burgers and brauts on the gas grill provided. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. but a suggestion would be to switch to more plastic plates and cups, plus a 13x9 pan for casseroles, I bought foil ones, which worked great. The layout of house is wonderful! Everyone had their space, but we were able to gather on the second floor with plenty of space. From the balconies you can see a sliver of ocean, draw back is the extremely loud music from the neighboring pool right behind the house, only good was they closed at 10 pm, so at that time it was peaceful. We loved the place, even with minor issues, we’d rent again! I can’t say enough about the friendliness and prompt service from getaways by PCB!! I felt like I had found a new friend in them! The area is wonderful, not as congested.

The pictures do not do the house justice! My family and I have been going to Panama City the past 5 years and this is by far the best house we have stayed in! The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, the pool was perfect for our family, and the location to the beach was great. The golf car was a huge incentive!! I would love to spend my next vacation in that house!
