A little disappointed with my stay this past weekend. I made a reservation in advance. I paid premium price for the room, and the reservation was non-refundable within 48 hours. When I arrived at around 8::30 PM I was informed that there was only one room left which was located on the main floor across from housekeeping near the front desk. The lobby was noisy due to the Bar/restaurant and the very crowded guess common areas on the same level as my room. The couple that was checking in ahead of me were walk -ins were quoted a room rate that was $80 less than mine, and they got the room next to mine. I am okay with the rate that i paid but not with their policy of first come gets the better room. If this is their policy, it should exclude the three rooms in the lobby, and they should reserve those for walk-ins or last minute reservations at the lower rates. Other than this, the room was small but very comfortable and clean. The staff was courteous and respectful, the lobby was beautiful!

Loved the room and the Mountain View’s. Room 304 was perfect!

I would like a hook for a towel next to the shower.

All the staff we encountered were friendly and accommodating; had a small hiccup at registration but the front desk team was knowledgeable regarding a fix. BCI’s location was right where we wanted to be in order to walk along Clayton’s Main Street.

Parking was at a minimum; staff explained there was not yet enough spaces dedicated to BCI to accommodate a sold out stay.

Location was perfect, you could walk to everything.

The only possible complaint I would have is that the water pressure was not that great.
