Some nice new furniture, lovely view on the canal with dolphins and manatees occasionally passing by, well located on the island. Fresh linen and new duvet and pillows on the bed and a nice pool. Nevertheless I felt so uncomfortable that after 3 days I left although I booked for a week. I am gratefull that Rosen Vacation offered me a beautiful apartment on Captiva instead.

The apartment is just run down and needs renovation. The smell was moldy and the kitchen was for me the biggest issue. Everything smelled, was sticky and greasy. All cushions and carpets were stained and I mainly tried not to let my skin touch any textile on chairs and couch. Blinds are yellowish, sticky, greasy and broken and the bathroom elements are also in a very bad condition. There is clearly a point where cleaning does not help anymore and things need to be exchanged.
