Great spacious unit that can house 6 people comfortably- a functional kitchen, open plan living area and separate living quarters with two complete bathrooms - it was perfect for us (we cooked there a lot and I found the kitchen to be very functional). The only thing is that the unit is in need of a bit of love from an upkeep perspective: the couch really needs to be cleaned (it smells as if someone with a big dog stayed in the unit for a long period and is visibly dirty, to the point that it makes you hesitate to sit on it), especially given that it’s meant to be used as a sofa bed. The listing said there was a washer / dryer, which was important for us as we were travelling with children, but the dryer did not work (its start button was literally broken in two and had been put back in place so it would not show). We noticed this on our second day of a 10-day stay and advised the manager right away. He replied within minutes that he would send someone to fix it but then we never heard back (even though we wrote back to inquire) and no one came. So if you are renting this unit I would ask if the couch has been cleaned and the dryer fixed. Otherwise great location and property, we walked to the beach almost every days and used the pool a lot, which was great for the kids. I also used the gym which was another nice amenity.

Great location and view of the water, it's not easy to find the pool at the apartment though so we never went down to it, the apartment was very clean and beds were comfortable. The only issue was the dryer button broke on the first try of using it and it was the night before a holiday so no one came to fix it until the following day however he came in the morning and fixed it and it was good.

It is a nice apartment, a short walk to the beach. It was also close to the airport. We had a number of things to do in the LA area, and this was a great home base that also allowed us to enjoy some time on the beach.

It was a very nice clean unit equipped with all of our kitchen needs, linens, and bath towels. The parking garage was extremely tight and one of the tennants was rude enough to leave a note on our rented vehicles as we were never parked outside of our designated lines.
The dryer in the unit did not function which was a bit of an inconvenience for our stay as we were travelling from the East Coast and had hoped to wash undergarments and socks. We did report on Sunday and someone came to check the dryer on Tuesday, however, they told my son there was a broken part and couldn't be fixed right away as they needed to order the part. We managed and hung our belongings to dry on the dryer rack in the main bedroom. Wondering if this may be a consistant problem for this unit? Not certain if this could result in a small refund as I paid for laundry access.
Overall - it was a fantastic trip and we absolutely enjoyed our adventure in Southern California!

Excellent property, it was very clean and the communication for check-in was easy, everything explains in detail and Jad's instructions were easy and very useful.
The only Inconvenient was the details of the parking lot since our car is of minimum height 7 and the parking of the condominium is 6'8 but it was still excellent

This property was simply amazing! Spacious, clean and very accommodating for our family. The balcony was just breathtaking! A quick walk to the beach and lots of restaurants close by. Would definitely book again

Spacious accommodations with an amazing view of the marina and Pacific Ocean. The two bedrooms with den that included a queen-size bed fit our family comfortably. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a wonderful stay here while visiting LA for my husband’s business school graduation. The location was fabulous…only a ten minute walk to Venice pier! And two tandem parking spots made it a convenient location for those who wanted to venture further by car. From the balcony, unobstructed marina and ocean views were stunning. The beds were firm memory foam…very comfortable. And the bathrooms and kitchen were nicely appointed with all of the important amenities. The host was extremely responsive, messaging us detailed instructions for check-in and working to get additional beach towels when requested! Exiting the complex by foot can be a bit confusing at first, but once you get your bearing (there is a pedestrian gate in the parking garage near the elevator), it’s quite easy!

Overall the apartment is great and as described. Plenty of room and close to the beach. There are some minor issues that should be addressed. The front door was wide open when we arrived. Maybe the cleaners forgot to close the door? The sofa had a bad smell. We had to put a sheet over it to help with the odor. The master bedroom had a leak in the ceiling and the dishwasher had a leak as well. Lastly the could have been a few more supplies like kitchen towels and spare toilet paper. Overall, I would still recommend the apartment, but want to make sure the owners address the issues before another family stays there.

This was the perfect location, right next to the marina and Venice Beach! Lots of room, comfortable beds, clean, roomie apartment! I did think there was another bedroom but worked perfectly with the 2 bedrooms and 3rd bed in a semi private room off the living room.

While I did not get to stay at the original property I reserved, the location they put us in was very nice. I was disappointed upon flying into LA that I wasn’t going to be where I had chosen. The condo was clean, all amenities were great, and the hosts communicated with us well. There was an issue with parking that resulted in a sticker being affixed to my window but that didn’t seem to be any fault of the host but rather the building management. Was easy to check in/out. The only thing I hope they could do is put a pamphlet or something to inform guests what they need to do/not do before checking out. We cleaned and made sure all trash was easy to be removed but there was no instructions on if we needed to remove it or if the cleaning crew would (they did). No issues with the hosts or the condition of property they substituted for the one we originally booked. We all had a great, clean, comfortable stay and thoroughly enjoyed our time in the unit and Marina del Rey.

We were anxious initially because someone stole the photos and put them on another site. This place is the real deal!
Parking is simple and convenient to the place. Beds are super comfortable . Beautiful property with a nice pool and hottub. The place was clean and well appointed. Every morning we sat on the balcony to watch the sunrise. Location is close to the beach. We went fishing with Marina del Rey and enjoyed homemade fish tacos.
Only snafu was the garbage disposal was broke. Another thing to know is there are two elevators on opposite sides of the building and often 1-2 were not working at a given time. The locals said this was par for course. Be patient or go to the other side of the building. Overall, we would book this place again.

It was my first time using VRBO so I was not sure what to expect. The process seemed too easy, which had me worried. The description of the property was accurate. Short walk to the beach. Safe area. Clean. The apartment was large enough to fit 6 comfortably. I reported the door lock was giving a low battery signal. It was fixed in hours. A very nice experience. I would definitely do it again.
