Can't beat the location, nor the cleanliness of the apartment. Place was spotless and very nice.

The lockbox ordeal was a little confusing. The parking was suspect, few questionable characters at times, no gate. Biggest gripes were the very uncomfortable bed and no beach access. No way to sugarcoat it, the bed was old, a box spring, very uncomfortable! The lack of beach access was due to construction, I believe a pool is being built. No worries there, but then we went to walk around it to watch a sunrise and we were met with a lady parked in a car decline our access, instructing us to walk down the street to the nearest park.

The condo is just lovely! Nicely updated, decor is beachy and peaceful. The location was lovely if you're looking for a quiet, beautiful beach this is it! My 15 y/o daughter and I had a great time. The walk to Seagull Park to beach access, was easy and less than 5 minutes away. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Publix within a few minute drive, and a 7-11 just across the street. We walked about 8 minutes away for dinner at Goombay's which was also great. We all enjoyed our meal there.

The instructions to get to the lockbox were a little confusing at first, but we figured it out. Also, the 10 digit code to get into the condo was a little challenging, as sometimes it timed out on us. The door in the kitchen that leads to the hallway was not fully shut. I didn't notice this until mid week during our stay. The door appeared shut, but was actually slightly ajar and anyone could have accessed the apartment from the hallway. I struggled to shut the door fully and lock it, which would explain why it was not fully closed. It is difficult to latch competely.

Beautifuly decorated. Very well stocked! Beautiful balcony with views.

Check in was terrible. Texted me the wrong pass code for the key. It was dark and we had to call twice to customer service for help. Door passcode very touchy and had to work in ur for 5 minutes to get it to work.
