The hosts were really nice and the place was very pet friendly. Location was interesting if we had been interested in touring Warner Brothers. We were on our way home from points further north.

At 12:30 AM I was awakened by loud voices in the backyard beside our room. A loud party ensued that went on until 3:30 am. It included a barking and whining dog. Sleep was impossible with all that racket. I got a total of 2 1/2 hours of rest. There was a leak in the bathroom floor, which also had loose boards which are hazardous. The microwave and the toaster oven were not clean, and there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts in the yard outside, which is distasteful to non smokers. Hathaway Suites was billed as a Bed and Breakfast but there was no breakfast. $182 seems really high for what we got, especially when you consider the lack of sleep.

I booked this for an out of town friend - she said it was a beautiful place and everyone was very friendly. She was very happy

I booked a room here for 3 nights. The first 2 nights were ok. The last night was bad. I came back and saw 4 black kids smoking weed, singing and dancing. The sound was very loud, and he kept knocking on my door when I returned to my room. I told them to keep their voices down and they didn't agree with telling me my birthday. The owner lived in this house for the first two days, but today the owner left today. I called and texted the landlord and the landlord replied that this was normal. The little black boy looked like a minor and threatened me. I wanted to call the police but I was afraid they would act too aggressively if they smoked marijuana. There are only our husband, wife and four little black children living in the house. I quickly packed up my things and left. I told the landlord to give me a refund, but the landlord didn't agree. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There is no bathroom in the room. It was so scary to live there. horrible

The location was good and they helped us with the breakfast lending us facilities.

I didn't read that the bathroom was shared with other people and they were often occupying it

Let's be clear. These rooms are NOT suites. It is a B&B in someones house. The rooms are not even en-suite, there is a shared bathroom with a door that needs slamming because it doesn't fit properly. A shower over a dirty, stained bath. The kitchen is the family kitchen - we were looking forward to cooking as the description states that 'each unit features a patio, fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, dishwasher, a washing machine'. These facilities exist, shared (with the resident family). We checked out the kitchen when we arrived - there were dirty dishes in the sink, the dishwasher was full and the general cleanliness left something to be desired. The rooms have disposable cutlery and paper plates. We ended up eating out, adding to the cost of the weekend. We had the misfortune of staying in the room with the round bed - like a throw-back from a '90's porn movie. The hard mattress had nylon sheets and the frame has been used by a cat to sharpen its claws. It's a small room with a window overlooking the entrance. Superficially the rooms looked clean until you look into the corners, behind the toilet and the bath. There were stains, from the last resident, on the laminate floor next to the bed. Couldn't access the wifi as there was a password but no details of the network to connect to. Luckily there is good mobile coverage to hotspot from. We were unable to control the temperature in the room (central a/c, controlled by the family) so we were frequently uncomfortably hot. We feel that it is misrepresented, both in it's name and the description on Booking.com.

I’m gonna say that I really like this property because it’s really quiet It’s our second time there and it’s been standard if you need anything extra, it’s they’re!!! It’s very cozy, quiet very clean
