Location is great. Rooms have very nice view and there are wild animals you can spot as well near to the room itself. Its a better option to stay in this kind of place instead of staying in the middle of the town hotels/resorts.

Parking could have been improved and it'll be great if there is an additional person for room service.

The location, the view from the stay, the host, the food,, the comfort was very good. the room was great for 5 member family as promised. you wake up and straight look into the beautiful valley from Vattakanal. Hot water was available all the time. good wifi. But family with senior citizens should be aware that they have to trek down a bit on slopes from the main road. Its a bit more tough when it rains. And access to any facility in-case of emergency is a bit tricky. Parking is on the road, and the road is really narrow. option of payed parking can get full unexpectedly. So when you go with family of children and seniors, pls prepare for these. Call the room boy in advance and ask him to be on the road when you reach there.
