Location Full kitchen

Main issue was Elevator broken and I was on crutches - owner never mentioned this I just assumed there would be a working elevator Dirty hallways - definitely college housing garbage was left out in the hallways, and there were spilled beer in a couple locations in the hallway. beds were not that comfortable. No mattress pads on them so they felt like plastic and linen was very minimal No extra blankets anywhere in the apartment. There’s one wall controller for the AC for the whole unit so there’s a big discrepancy with how cold it was in the kitchen area versus the bedrooms Only One washcloth in bathroom was annoying for a 3 day stay No Kleenex anywhere No hair dryer or amenities that a hotel Would have

Location was close to the university

Lots of drunk students everywhere. Arriving after dark it was difficult to find the proper place to park and get the keys. Buildings were not clearly labeled.

we were moving in our daughter into college we were just sleeping this apartment is student housing with college students housing furniture the bed is a plastic mattress not comfortable at all the linens & pillows were cheap not comfortable at all the shower in one of the bedrooms was not draining and the toilet ran water all the time. The furniture was like staging furniture the sofa was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture i’ve ever sat on.

Odd that we had two unused bedrooms with furniture but no bedding Not a huge deal but we didn’t know Maybe put a note on those doors that explains it’s a two bedroom rental and these two rooms are unfinished
