The location was good.. the pool was a very good size and water was warm. The house was spacious.

It looked good in the pictures but the house needed a thorough clean. My daughter found a used condom in a vase in the bedroom and like that a lot of places were left unclean. That could be overseen but when we saw a rat in the garage and jumping out of the barbeque area that was over the limits. Later found mouse droppings in a suitcase that was left open. No air conditioning in the sitting area so we couldn’t use it much as it was very humid. The water was Luke warm if we happened to shower first and the last ones always got cold water. Although it was v warm we all like something heavy like a duvet to still cover with you get a goodnight sleep and only one room had it. Cleaning services was advertised every day and we understood it was the festive period but everyone else we had contacted assured us they would make the provisions. Coming on holiday and having to clean the house as housekeeping only came 3 times in a 10 day period was atrocious.
