The location was close to my family
Its was dirty.
No room in the second bedroom. Travelled with my 79 year old mum only had stairs to access room. No elevator. Balcony's filthy. Band-aid and undies in cupboard. Only one garbage bag for a 5 day stay.

Amount of space was good for a family and the pool/ spa was lovely. Grounds well maintained.
We found the room really needed a good overhaul clean. Eg under beds and couches. The balcony/ outdoor entertainment areas were not looked after, lots of weeds and debris from the palms, so we cleaned that up ourselves so we could use the outdoor space for meals as the weather was so nice.
