Stayed here in past years and service is now pathetic; hot tubs not working ( I think intentional), breakfast no longer included and no room cleaning service…. And to boot they charge an excessive service fee ( for a motel???, this is not a VRBO) when no services are provided…unbelievable, use to be my go to place to stay in Revelstoke….not anymore

The hotel is clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing I would recommend is to bring g ear plugs as people come and go early and late.

It is a very pet-accommodating facility. Reasonably priced. The location was good for us as we were travelling through and only staying the night. The pet friendly room met our needs and expectations.

The room showed minor wear and tear as a pet-friendly room, but that was not outside our expectations. Certainly an 8/10 for the room facility and still very clean 10/10.

Good location, bathroom was clean and beds were comfy

No kettle in room, blood stains on the bed sheets of one bed. Extremely noisy neighbours with no way of contacting staff to sort out as no answer to the phone Strong smells of cigarette/marijuana wafting into our room from noisy next door guests

It was functional hotel. Not fancy or luxurious but practical. However, it was worth the money. I paid $164 for one night including taxes and charges but it was one of the busiest day of the year and the town was packed and it was the last room available at that night.

the hotel wasn't perfect but then it was a reasonable price so I didn't mind.

Clean, modern and spacious

Reception was closed when we arrived (around 10:30pm) and check in and payment had to be processed over the phone. Stressful and not a good customer service experience. Credit Card a must. Coffee in the room wasn’t topped up which made for a bad start to the day. Bed was comfortable but no spare blankets. We stayed elsewhere for our second night
