This heart of Telluride Townhome provides a classy, comfortable ski town experience. The prime location just a block from the gondola and a short walk to main street or Town Park combined with beautiful modern design create an ideal mountain getaway for friends and family. Enjoy the fireplace, multiple decks, and large open living area.
Enter on the lower level where you'll have ample space in the entry way, also home to the washer and dryer closet and access to the private garage. On this lower level there is a queen bedroom with an en suite bathroom.
Up the stairs you'll enter the open living area featuring many windows, comfortable seating, a dining area, gourmet kitchen and sizable balcony with mountain views. Enjoy the crackle of the fireplace after a long day of adventure or enjoy your morning coffee with a view from the private balcony. Grill up some dinner and enjoy it with loved ones at the dining table for eight. This level also offers a powder room for added convenience.
Up one more level, you'll find two additional bedrooms including the primary suite with tons of space. The primary bedroom features its own private balcony, sitting area, and en suite bathroom. Across the hall is the third bedroom which holds two queen beds. A guest bathroom is just outside this bedroom in the hallway.
