Location of the Apartament is great; parking place as well but 50 from doors what is not a problem. It is a very quiet place with a nice view from balcony. Trash is in garage what is a very nice option - it is very clean and regulary cleanup.

Some things in Apartament were not good. There is not table, just a small bar-plat kitchen corner. If your childrens have to eat you have a problem because there is no any chairs and table, just 2x bar-chairs. There is no such information in Apartament description about it. The ventilation grilles are dirty and never cleaned. Likewise the air conditioning outlet grille. There is a thick layer of dust on the wardrobe in the bedroom, which indicates insufficient cleaning. The area under the bed in the bedroom is dirty and someone decided to put a container of dirty beach blankets under it. The lock on the front door is stuck and the door needs to be adjusted. A child of 12 years of age will not open the door for this reason. I would suggest that the owner look into a cleaning service that is not doing their job thoroughly. The TV in the bedroom is small, old and has old software and Netflix does not work on it because it is impossible to update it due to the old version of SmartTV. The price for cleaning does not correspond to the cleanliness. The vacuum cleaner you can use has a full dirty bag and no new bags to replace it. There is no salt shaker in the apartment, so don't forget to bring it from home. The refrigerator works perfectly, as does the dishwasher. It would be nice to have blankets that can be used on the balcony during cooler evenings.
