The rooms were just great, and the property located very conveniently for access to the tram. Interior design was top notch, and the shower just amazing. Youssef at the front desk was a true gent. We and our friends were able to upgrade to rooms with balconies without any hassle.

L emplacement est parfait, proche du tram, et de taxis, des restaurants. Le personnel est très disponible, à l écoute. Le logement est très propre et agréable. Belle terrasse

L équipent dans le logement: vaisselle pas suffisante ( pas de casserole), les oreillers sont peu ergonomiques. Pas de bureau ou tables pour travailler. Terrasse peu aménagée pour en profiter ( fauteuil)

The room Was a bit small and there was no storage space for my case or table there do work on

The location was good, the room was as in photos and the layout design was also nice.

The room bin hadn't been cleaned out before I checked in. The staff made an error with booking and gave me a room that was already booked out to another guest. I had random people knocking on my door to see if the room was vacant as the hotel system was not working. I didn't sleep comfortably and was worried someone would access my room due to staff giving my room out to someone else as they had done to me when I checked in. Not a great experience at all to feel vulnerable with no telephone in the rooms to contact reception. No reply to the complaint made to the hotel, just a simple apology so far. Not the best of customer service or after care.

Het personeel aan de receptie was steeds heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Tip voor de toekomst extra koffie en thee in de kamer zou het compleet maken.
