Ormana bakan aşağıdaki villara iniş çıkış zor.Çok merdiven var.Spa’ya inen teleferik bozuk yine çok merdiven.Oda temizliği kafalarına göre (kahvaltıya gidip gelene kadar yatak yapılmış, dışarıda bir etkinliğe gidip gelene kadar sular konulup perdeler çekilmiş) yapıyorlar.2 gün çöp almadılar, çay koymadılar resepsiyona söyleyince koydular.Böyle bir tesisin kahvaltısı bu olmamalı.kahve kötü(makineden istemediğiniz sürece ) menülerdeki seçimler az, doyurucu değil.

After heading up a company responsible for five star tourism services globally for more than 30 years, I can say that the Sanna Ubud A Pramana Experience was indeed a special wonderful experience. The private pool, the spacious room and outside lounge area are superb as is the amazing restaurant and main pool. Staff are all so attentive and friendly and I wish I could remember the names of them all. Oki the duty manager as well as Warsa and Jaka at reception were ever ready to please with a big smile. I find it hard to relax, but this stay changed that and I had a perfect immersive stay in the beautiful jungle. Thank you.

Gorgeous property, so well maintained, the private infinity pools overlooking the jungle were absolutely lush. The photos speak for themselves! The staff are exceptional and couldn’t do enough for you. Their WhatsApp butler service in particular was so handy. We loved having sunset cocktails and canapés in the room by our private pool. We did the candlelight dinner and were blown away by the flower petal decorations. Would be a beautiful setting for a proposal or anniversary. Highly recommend and can’t wait to be back!

Molto bella ed immersa nel verde con una struttura architettonica molto bella… zona SPA veramente unica anche se non ancora ultimata.personale disponibile e sempre disponibile e sorridente in reception ed in giro x l’hotel. Due inconvenienti nella mia camera prontamente sostituita con altra di pari livello e bellezza . La struttura è nuovissima ed ha bisogno di un po’ di tempo x essere totalmente efficiente. Ottima la cucina ben curata e con piatti ben presentati.

Personale in zona ristorante e colazione non all’altezza di un cinque stelle. Da migliorare il servizio e bisognerebbe insegnare al personale alcune attenzioni assolutamente necessarie. Devi chiedere tutto…. Non vedendo cosa ti manca sul tavolo….🤗 Servizio navetta x Ubud centro con buco orario dalle 11.00 alle 13.00 . Quindi se fai colazione alle 10.30 non fai in tempo a prendere il bus e devi aspettare le 13.00 🤷‍♂️

The resort was about and beyond our expectations, the staff are very attentive and friendly, the food is amazing including the breakfasts. We travel the world and this resort is by far the best we have stayed in! Simply stunning and so very relaxing

Wunderschöne Anlage, die Zimmer sind wahnsinnig toll und wir hatten eine fantastische Aussicht. Man lebt mitten im Dschungel. Es gibt einen Shuttleservice mit dem es kein Problem ist nach ubud zu kommen, außerdem kann man sich leicht einen Roller mieten. Zimmerservice war auch super und auch das floating breakfast eine tolle Erfahrung. Durch die Sicherheitsmaßnahmen fühlt man sich sehr sicher. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, die Auswahl sehr international und eher im Brunch Stil. In einem Hotel wie diesen erwartet man sich aber keinen Filter Café 😉

Der Service ist sehr bemüht und freundlich, allerdings stimmen die Abläufe leider noch garnicht und das Personal wirkt unsicher. Die Klimaanlage war immer wieder extrem laut und im ganzen Hotel oft ein lautes piepsen zu hören was sehr störend war.

traumhaftes Resort, tolle Lage! Allerdings ist das Resort noch im Aufbau - nur die hälfte der Villen sind fertig gestellt - das Personal ist noch nicht eingespielt - somit ist der Service eher wenig bis gar nicht vorhanden. Das Personal ist absolut freundlich und sehr bemüht - allerdings steht hier Preis-Leistung in absolut keiner Relation (noch nicht)...

check in wurde zwischen 14:00 - 15:00 Uhr bestätigt - erfolgte erst um 18:30 Uhr Nicht die beschriebene Villa bekommen...Wechsel erst am nachten Tag möglich (15:00 Uhr)

The butler villa pool was enjoyable. Huge potential for the whole property once all the kinks are worked out. Very friendly staff. Bed was super comfortable. The restaurant has wonderful food/menu.

It’s new and there are quite a few teething issues which I’m sure will be resolved in time. The restaurant struggled with service. Room service food was not hot as it’s walked down from the kitchen with no insulation. There are gaps under the doors and pool French doors, so unfortunately a lot of ants and tropical creatures find their way in to the villa. Finishings need a little work for it to truly be 5 star.

From start to end, everything was excellent. The rooms are luxurious spacious and amazing views. The staff are really helpful and friendly, they make sure you are 100% satisfied with every little detail.

Had a good honeymoon stay with this newly opened resort. Apparently we are the first batch of customers 😉. Room is amazing with private pool, staffs are exceptionally friendly and treated us like King and Queen during our stay especially Sakun, he made sure we are taken care all the time. Spa was great, thanks Suppar, Wiyana and the other staff for the great service, 90 minutes body massage felt too short. Not many choices for breakfast but the food tasted so good that we didn't mind eating the same breakfast for 2 days. Try out their bubuh, prawn omelette and seafood soup. Bike rental is also available, we rented a scooter to ride to ubud art market.

Unfortunately the spa area is not ready yet during our stay, they turned one of the guest room into a massage room. It would be perfect if we get to enjoy the service at the spa area. The aircon automatically turn off when you open the door room, so you cant enjoy the aircon if you wish to leave your door room open. Another thing i wish they have is TV in the room.

The breakfast was so delicious and very good portion, The View from our room and from all of resort area was amazing. Very recommended Places if you would like to explore a genuine Balinese experience at Sanna Ubud.

Amazing new resort with beautiful jungle view and excellent service in all area. Very lucky got a special pre-opening rate to spend my honeymoon and made a memorable honeymoon trip.
