Sautez dans votre voiture et parcourez le trajet de 9 minutes jusqu'à Salle de spectacle et cinéma Arcata Theatre Lounge ou de 9 minutes jusqu'à Place Arcata Plaza (et quand vous n'êtes pas sur les routes, profitez du parking mis à disposition par l'hébergement).

The house is huge, it easily accommodated our 10 people. We played basketball, played baseball catch in the huge front yard, lounged in the hot tub in the cool weather. We watched football outside by the outside fireplace. This house is absolutely perfect! I will stay in this house whenever I visit the Humboldt area.

Tons of space and amenities. We enjoyed staying away from town. The neighborhood is quiet and quaint and definitely close enough to town for everything you would need (assuming you have your own transportation). We used it as home base for visiting sites in the area including several redwood parks and it worked great for that.

I live locally and had most of my extended family in town for a reunion. This property could not have been better. It is located in a quiet neighborhood but close to town and was large enough to accommodate 8 adults, 2 teens and a toddler with room to spare. The house is large enough with room to be alone if needed, but cozy enough that we could all be together inside. The bedrooms and common ares were nicely furnished and very comfortable. Lots of windows and natural light. The kitchen was also large enough for folks to gather when cooking as many people like to do.
Outside is a wonderful space with a very nice gathering space by the fireplace, beautiful deck areas and lots of yard to play with the kids and dogs. Beautifully landscaped and just a very pleasant place to hang out. The outdoor hot tub was also a very nice touch.
I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a bit more space due to a large family or group.

Such an incredible space that accommodated our entire family of 12. It was a beautiful home, well maintained, and very well stocked. The house has many rooms to spread out in and was a perfect location between tide pooling and hiking trails. Would absolutely recommend and be happy to come back here for future stays.

If you are looking for a home to accommodate a large group in a beautiful setting, this is the place for you. We especially like the spaciousness, from the kitchen to the outdoor space. We used the spa, outdoor fireplace, ping pong, played football and soccer in the grass area, and enjoyed our morning coffee on the outdoor decks. The indoors had large coffee tables which made it convenient for playing games. One downside we encountered was the wifi/internet was very intermittent; one could never do computer work at this property. Our TV streaming even lost connection often. Our group also needed a second refrigerator for our food/drink which would be a good addition. The beds were comfy, linens soft. and two of our children loved their loft sleeping area. We definitely will rent this property again when we reunion in the redwoods!

There is a hole in the front yard that my foot fit nicely into, and I fell hard and got a pretty bad sprained ankle out of it on the first day and could not enjoy my time there. This hole should have been noticed and covered before. My niece later did put one of the big rocks in the front yard over it. The home is not new, and it was fairly deep. I am saying is I wasted a lot of money for the trip but I was happy to give my older sister a birthday party even though I couldn’t do anything.

We loved the peaceful & quiet neighborhood & all of the area around the house. Very roomy & comfortable beds & furniture! Kitchen was fully stocked & well laid out too! Hot Tub was clean & easy to use & a nice way to end our days!

Group of old friends celebrated our 60th birthdays together. So much lovely space to spread out or gather to play games. We brought/setup a portable pickleball court in the driveway (2' short). Kitchen was truly well stocked with spices and appliances (rice cooker, mixer, coffee maker and Keurig). Steamer in one of the master bedroom bathroomS was enjoyed by all. We ventured to Humboldt State and Redwood State/National Parks. Murphy's Market was fully stocked and close by. More than what we expected and perfect for our souls.

The house was wonderful, fit us all and allowed us to celebrate our graduate in style. House is well appointed and other than a clogged shower and too few towels, it was perfect! We lived it and would rent again if the occasion arises.

To the amenities, layout of the house and property, you can truly enjoy your stay at this house. Along with the many different areas to relax inside the house, you’ll have an enjoyable stay. Plenty of space for everyone to enjoy without being crowded together. Even the water straight from the tap is great. Also their heating system is excellent and has different zones so that you can adjust your own level of comfort. Also plenty of hot water.
The property is very peaceful and quiet, with plenty of room to enjoy the park like yard. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. If you have kids, we highly recommend this place as the property is fenced.
It’s rural enough, yet close to town. So if you want peace and quiet with all the luxurious amenities, this is place for you. I also recommend shopping at Murphys grocery store in Arcata. They are a small store, but have everything you need.

There were 9 family members, all of. Which had space to find privacy, communal activities and much more. Couldn’t have been any better, was truly amazed at the amenities. Would go back again to spend more time with the hot tube, bbq and basketball court.

We went to spend Easter weekend with our daughter. The house was so spacious and allowed everyone to be able to spread out. Our large family enjoyed the outdoor amenities just as much as the inside. The kitchen was perfect and we could all gather around the island to prepare dinners. This house is stunning.

The second you arrive at the property, you have a large yard with endless activities from a basketball court to games the host has provided in the backyard. The home is so welcoming, cozy and clean with everything you can possibly need, yes, even a steam shower and movie room. The kitchen is a true chefs kitchen with professional appliances and all the things you'll need to cook and hangout. The real fireplace in the family room embraces the atmosphere of already feeling like you're in the woods with ample privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub, where we saw deer peacefully grazing, and enjoyed the backyard bbq and fireplace as well. We didn't want to leave! Wish we stayed for a whole week to truly soak up the property to it's full potential. Beautiful home, great host, we'll for sure be back!

This home is even better than the pictures! The house is spacious with multiple living areas. Every room is warm, comfortable and clean. House supplies included spices for cooking which was a plus. The outdoor space was amazing. We enjoyed the outdoor fireplace very much, and even shot some hoops in the front. We will definitely book here again.
