cleanliness, parking lot area, check in, having to pay $31 just for us to be there per person, paying a ridiculous $100 for cleaning fee- which id like back due to: there was dirty wash cloths hanging on the shower curtain, pink mold all over plastic shower curtain, hose was broken on kitchen sink, hair was on bed linen (wasn’t ours), you can see the dust & grease on top of EYE LEVEL picture frames- that had tape on them to hold it together. also, couldn’t really communicate with receptionist- we couldn’t understand each other. the walmart cart for a luggage rack was very unprofessional. nothing was worth the $245ish dollars i had to spend to stay here just for ONE night. i would’ve stayed at a hotel that was more expensive because i wouldn’t have had to deal with what i did here. it looked like someone just moved out & made this to an air bnb. repainting & a deep clean would make this worth the money ALMOST. ID LIKE MY CLEANING FEE REfunded please.

La vista del departamento muy buena y bastante luminosidad. Conectividad rápida con Aventura Mall, Hard Rock Hollywood y Sawgrass.

El departamento es asignado cuando uno llega, pero hay que dar aviso a booking.

la vista es muy bonita, tiene todos los accesorios de cocina, closet amplio,

la puerta del baño no cierra bien, la llave de lavatrastes falla con la manguera, la terraza muy sucia, la ubicacion esta lejos de la playa
