Good location in Richland and nice neighborhood.

We were not happy with this rental due to the entry code for unlocking the front door not working. Tried the code per the property owner directions and no luck. Called the management team for Booking (Evolve team), and they had us try a number of back up codes without success. Tried calling the property owner 4 times only the calls went directly to their voicemail. Left my number for a call back but unfortunately a call back never happened. After all this and not being able to access the property, we decided to move on and arrange alternate accommodations. We requested a cancellation and refund for our stay and after a couple of days, the Evolve team notified us that they had started the refund process and had cancelled the reservation.
