I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had several issues with the house, ants in the kitchen and dining room, we got them under control after several days, but annoying. Also had a plumbing pretty significant plumbing leak.

This house was awesome! Short walk to the beach and had everything you need. Kitchen was well stocked, the house was spacious, and the screened in porch was a big hit all week! Loved this place and would highly recommend.

Being close to the highway was not ideal but manageable.Next year's reno migth include fixing the exterior kitchen door and the one going out on the deck from living room. te former does nto close tightly you can see outside light, the latter is difficult to close and lock. Moreover, the lock to the door in the upstairs bedroom on the left needs adjusting as it does not work. We had to lock the storm door. these door suggestions are more for security and HVAC efficiency.
