The pool was super green with algae to the point we couldn’t use it. Water lever to lake so low that 108 steps to get to the water. Property manager was trying to make it right, owners have not done anything to fix a hot ruined weekend.

Beautiful place with an expansive view of Lake Travis. We had to work through Lago Vista VBRO revisions in parking allowance and number of guests allowed. Beyond that booking was smooth and property management professional. Marketing information needs to be more clear about the number of steps required to enter the main floor. The number is 30 and stairs are rather steep. Further the steps down to the boat house are very steep and not for the faint of heart. This is true for properties in that area. Boat house is very nice. Chairs around the pool are a bit rickety and the two outdoor gas grills and showing their age. All in all I I highly recommend this property.

The house was great for a family trip and was "as advertised" with all maintenance and amenities working. The lake is low but still usable. Would rent again.

Family of 13 had a great vacation here. Since the property is away from the main part of Lake Travis there weren’t a lot of boats. We rented a pontoon boat and felt like it was our own private part of the lake. The house was clean and fit our entire family comfortably. It was nice to have two grills, one on upper balcony and one by the pool. Had some minor electrical issues but the homeowner was very responsive and took care of it quickly. In the evening we would play all the games this house has to offer and enjoyed the many deer strolling through. There was even a neighbor fox that dropped by a few times. The pool was the perfect size and and if it wasn’t for the Texas heat making it feel like bath water, we would’ve been in it all day. Only swam early morning and at night. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of pots and pans for a large family. We loved the griddle on the stove too! We didn’t realize just how many stairs are at this place though. You have to climb two flights of stairs just to get in the front door which made unloading and loading challenging. Also, due to the water level being so low, it was 97 steps down to the lake. That’s right, 97! We had a few family members with bad knees and it made it very difficult for them. Not blaming the homeowner as they don’t control water levels, but something I would’ve liked to beforehand. All in all, We built some lifelong memories here and had a great time.

We absolutely loved our stay. Stunning property. Amazing lake views. From the fantastic property manager to the gorgeous furnishings, this property was everything we hoped for and more. We would definitely recommend and will come back next time we are in Texas!

Had a great time. Property is beautiful with great amenities. Great location. Private boat launch nearby. Host was great, kind, friendly and responsive. What we also liked, was how simple the check out process was. Did not have a laundry list of things to do before checking out. That is a rare find these days and something we always consider before returning. 10 am check out was a little early but I’m sure it is to allow time to prep for the next guests. 11:00 would be better. Again, really enjoyed our stay and definitely plan on coming back!

This place is gorgeous! Plenty of space for large groups. There were a few things broken like outside lawn furniture and the downstairs grill needs an upgrade but all in all you won’t be disappointed!

The host had great communication from start to finish. It is in a great location and very relaxing. Plenty of things to do and great space for everyone. Will definitely stay here again.

This was a top notch house with a great game room downstairs with pool and fire pit. It a huge, open, beautiful kitchen with all the amenities and much more. The views were spectacular and lots of beds for people to sleep in. In addition, this place was extremely clean and well organized with easy to read directions. If I had one wish, it would be that this perfect house was a little closer to the city of Austin.

My friends and I visit different college venues every year for a football game. We have a fairly large group (11 of us) so it’s sometimes hard to find accommodations that fit our needs. This place fulfilled that and more. There was plenty of space for all of us, the setup of the house was awesome. The views of Lake Travis we’re spectacular. I was very happy with the house and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to getaway.

We recently stayed here with 9 adults for a school reunion. The house is clean, well maintained and was perfect for our group. We utilized the pool a lot due to the heat as well as the outdoor eating areas and grills. The beds were comfortable and the bath towels were thick and fluffy! The kitchen was really well stocked with just about every appliance you can imagine, and plenty of fridge space for food and beverages. The neighborhood was quiet and the view of the lake was great. Communication with the property management company was very pleasant and very quick. Would highly recommend and would stay here again if we ever come back to this area.

We had such an amazing time and couldn’t ask for a better house! From the amenities, cleanliness, location, and privacy, we were so pleased with everything. The house really made our trip. Would recommend 100%!

We loved Villa Tramonto. The house has gorgeous views of the Hill Country and was a perfect end of summer getaway with friends. We cooked in on the beautiful Chef’s kitchen and enjoyed both the infinity pool and dock area. Property management was superb — helpful and responsive to our requests. We would love to come back.

The overall stay was great! But a few things I was not happy with. We always expect a pool cleaner, but we also had the exterminator do the entire house inside and out. There were yard men on site for 2 days. They parked on the grass, but we were told not to park on the grass. The stairs to the boat dock are dangerous. And no shade in the living room with the west sun. It was still a good vacation!

as we went thru several days of record setting heat, thank goodness for the refreshing swimming pool and the great AC in for all to share. the home was a great stay and comfortable for our group of (9). enjoyed our time together and thanks to Meika for her help b4 our stay.

We all loved our stay at Villa Tramonto! There was plenty of room for all 3 families, plus Nonna and some extra cousins! The primary bedrooms with the 3 king beds were all super comfortable and each couple had their own privacy. The kids (teens between 13-19 yrs) loved the bunk house and having their own space. The set up was perfect and there was no reason to leave. In fact, we didn't leave except for one day to explore and hike. We rented a boat (Jackie had the best recommendations) and the kids loved tubing and boating. The dock was nice and we were able to hangout there and cool off in the lake. It is a steep climb with the stairs so make sure everyone is mobile. It was a little much Nonna (80 yrs young) The pool was essential for the younger kids and Nonna to play and cool off. The whole property was beautiful and well maintained. The game room provided hours of entertainment for all, never a dull moment, with plenty of space to relax and unwind too. Jackie was so easy to work with and was full of suggestions and answered all of our questions.We definitely want to return.

This property was awesome! Plenty of parking, clean, and lots of room to hang out around the pool. The dock is very nice and located in deep water. Will defiantly stay here again.

This home was perfect and is wonderfully appointed with state of the art appliances, open living spaces (inside and out) and loads of space. The views are stunning, particularly sunset and morning coffee on the terrace. We also enjoyed seeing the deer in the evenings. Great for grilling, outdoor games and the fire pit was perfect for s'mores. The pool was refreshing and relaxing and the lake access and dock were also enjoyed thoroughly. The only mention is the neighbors home and lot are very close so we did feel we had to be careful using "inside voices" even while outside and there were a lot of rules to follow to ensure a quiet environment - perhaps adding some shrubs in between the actual homes would help from a privacy POV. Having said that, we did not encounter any issues during our stay. Meika from the Management Company was very responsive, helpful and professional. We had an amazing time in this beautiful home and would love to return.

Great house and grounds for our family get together. Clean and well appointed with sturdy, nice furniture. Great hang out area with a bar, a tv, games. Kitchen is well stocked also. Jacqueline was great and easy to work with and very responsive. We will definitely be back.

The ability to enjoy both all that the outdoor space had to offer while also living in a luxury home made for a great weekend.

Our group of eleven really enjoyed staying at Villa Tramonto over New Years 2019. The home is very well-appointed with regards to the linens and kitchen. Plenty of dishes, serveware, and appliances, as well as all the utensils and pots and pans you could possibly need to whip up a gourmet meal. The kids had a lot of fun with all the activities in the gameroom while the adults took full advantage of the awesome fireplace in the living room. It is apparent that a lot of thought and love was put into planning and decorating this home. And I cannot say enough good things about the management company’s Kathi and Jacque, both of whom were phenomenal to work with. Highly recommend this rental!

We enjoyed a Thanksgiving holiday at Villa Tramonto, all 8 adults and 3 little kids. The house is well equipped for cooking and serving a large meal. Beautiful, is not descriptive enough for this gorgeous property. The boat dock was well utilized as well. We all decided it would be great as a summer escape so we can use the pool!!

From pulling into the driveway to every room and outdoor area, everything was beautiful and tended to. The size of the house was great for our group, never felt crowded and had every amenity we could have needed. Loved the “kids” area was separate from us but part of the house-felt comfortable knowing they were doing their thing but still with us. Outdoor seating area everywhere was amazing and relaxing. We did all meals there and did not need one thing that wasn’t supplied. Only issue was unaware of stairs to get to main floor of house and was an issue with my husband who just had knee surgery. I contacted management and they responded immediately. They were beyond professional and polite and made sure our situation was taken care of. Checking out was very easy. Thank you for sharing this beautiful home.

Our stay at Villa Tramonto on Lake Travis was outstanding. The view at sunrise and sunset was breathtaking/priceless. The house comes with everything needed to make our stay enjoyable. We never left the house during our four-day stay. Bryan, the manager is beyond amazing. He was attentive, professional, friendly, kind, and extremely helpful. I will definitely stay at Villa Tramonto again and again.

The property is awesome. There were deer roaming everyday. Beautiful views, especially at sunset. The house is perfectly set up for a big family get together, with all the kids and games downstairs, away from the main bedrooms. Everything worked and was as billed. The boat dock was a favorite hang out spot for fishing and the lake water was warmer than the pool! We had an excellent time and the property manager, Bryan, was super friendly, incredibly easy to contact and even worked on the weekend (on his son's birthday!) to help get us procrastinators what we needed in time for the trip. I hope our family will make this an annual trip!

Beautiful home! Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to cook inside or outside. 3 refrigerators. The views were awesome. We didn’t get to swim it was too cool. But the pool looked so I’m inviting. Check in and out was easy. Bryan was even able to give us a late check out! We will definitely return
