the house was clean and tidy. the location was good for NEC as long as used roads not public transport.
The oven didn't work, wallpaper peeling off the kitchen ceiling, no curtains in the living room, not enough crockery or glasses for a large group.
decor was tired and the bathroom was smelly.

Very clean . Located in a very nice area and very easy to get to the NEC.
I travelled with a dog the garden was perfect and secure

The host was excellent, kept me updated and had the place ready for our arrival despite me having to book at very short notice. The location was excellent and the house very comfortable. Couldn't ask for any more.
TV switched on but unable to watch it as no aerial and WiFi would not connect to the Internet. Didn't spoil our stay though.
