The Olive Ann is a gorgeous hotel, new, classy and comfortable. It’s downtown with free valet, covered parking. The rooms are huge with great bedding and are beautifully decorated. Close to Harry’s Steakhouse which was superb. I will never stay anywhere else in Grand Forks again!!!

We had the presidential suite. This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Olive Ann. The stay is always amazing and I look forward to the next stay.

My husband and I came to Grand Forks/East Grand Forks for my class reunion. We were quite impressed with the Olive Ann. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious food at Skies 322. How lovely to have a beautiful hotel with a great dining experience right in it.

Staff was so friendly and helpful! I haven’t had this high level of service since pre Covid! Received their undivided attention. It was a breath of fresh air.

A fabulous hotel stay with luxury! Valet was prompt and friendly, turndown service top notch. The shower had fantastic water pressure, very clean, comfortable beds and oh the pillows - perfect! The high ceilings and windows were magnificent. An all around 5 star hotel. We definitely will be back and will recommend to friends and family!

Beautiful hotel, beds were extremely comfortable. Small fridge in the room was nice so that we could chill beverages we'd brought and ice machine was great although a little inconvenient on the third floor when we were staying on the first floor.

My husband and I are from Grand Forks(born & raised) and stayed here for our nephews wedding which was being held at The Olive Ann. What an absolutely beautiful hotel. The rooms are amazing, beds are very comfortable(plenty of pillows) and the bathrooms are stunning! It was like a homecoming for us as my husband and father-in-law both worked here when it was First National Bank years ago. The remodel was done to perfection and no detail was overlooked. Shopping is easy and walkable and plenty of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel if you want something special.

The Olive Ann was very beautiful and comfortable. The one thing that I was disappointed with was that a king Aire room was fitted with one sitting chair. The other one was a desk chair and so not comfortable to sit down and have a conversation with my husband.

Charming hotel with stylish, clever decor and amenities. My room was large and very comfortable with a nice view of several attractive buildings. I never heard a soul so noise was not an issue. Parking was free and convenient. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The coffee shop served delicious dark roast and opened early. Impressive hotel altogether.

This hotel was such a treat to stay at when we visited UND campus. The rooms were spacious, beds were comfortable, and staff was amazing. Would reserve another room here when returning to ND.

The hotel is beautiful and it was a treat to stay here for our anniversary. Staff was friendly and attentive, the room was impeccably clean with a comfy bed, and we enjoyed getting coffee and pastries in the coffee shop located in the lobby.

Very nice new hotel downtown Grand Forks. Travelled down from Winnipeg to take in the Blues on the Red, hosted by the Olive Ann Hotel at a park 3 minute walk away. Very happy with our choice of accommodations and would recommend. Bonus if you like aviation as it’s a theme of the decor and connection to namesake.

We loved our stay at the Olive Ann Hotel! The service was fabulous, the restaurant was wonderful. There is a wonderful coffee shop, the beds are cozy and the shower pressure was amazing! We have found our "go to" hotel for Grand Forks!

Best and only place I would stay in Grand Forks. Everything is clean. Great service. Super convenient to restaurants and cafe in the lobby. Valet parking was so helpful. And love the high ceilings in the rooms along with the decor.

The hotel added $49.28 to my credit card. When I inquired they told me it was for the mini bar that I never touched. I have called but the staff always says the manager must handle the credit but the manager never returns my call. I have finally disputed the charge with the credit card company.

We found dirty socks on the floor upon checking in and we were awakened on Memorial Day at 7:30 am by a crane and window washer. I opened the curtain to see a man looking in at me.
