This place is like a jail, my partner and I didn’t stay for more than 20 mins. The 20mins consisted mainly on us trying to get a REFUND or some sort of accommodation from Expedia however Expedia failed to assist in any possible way. Our room view was an old apartment door (unsafe) with an unstable lock; the exterior view on the other side of that dirty door was a unfinished building in our direct view. It was close enough for you to stretch your arm and touch it. The room had only one window and it was placed directly above a stovetop with a burned curtain (complete fire hazard) This list goes on and on…… The photos that were advertised are completely fake, we were told by the locals that the scene in the photo is not the Bahamas. Avoid booking…………..

Freshly remodeled, all kitcken wear is provided. Also the car rental place is owned by the same buisness not far down the road walking diatance 5-7 minutes and nice bar n grill the pink shak

THe proximity to the airport was important to me

This was our first stay at this property. I was very impressed. The entire apartment was SPOTLESS. They also provide a full size refrigerator,dishes,pots, pans , dishes , bowls,and utensils. A stove , a conventional oven and a microwave .Super Value Supermarket is less than a 10 minute drive away. I can’t stop praising how CLEAN this place was.We felt extremely comfortable.We highly recommend Sunset B and B.

We were coming to this property from Atlantis. We wanted to stay somewhere where we could explore the true Bahamian culture. But sadly I wouldn’t recommend unless you are ok with super SUPER basic accommodations. To start this was my first encounter with rude people on the island. We came to check in around 4pm and were received so rudely. Didn’t even say welcome or how are you or anything. Just asked for my ID. I was taken a back and thought nothing of it but the rest of the staff is rude and so short it’s almost like they don’t want you there and you’re doing THEM A FAVOR by staying there. The inside of our room was spacious with a small kitchen area. But our sheets were dirty, towels are def old and stained. One of our beds had sand. Our tv didn’t work at all. You have to ask for new towels everyday. They didn’t clean our room once while we were there for 3 days. The sand def. Accumulating sucked. They are missing small things to make the stay more comfortable like hooks inside the bathroom to hang your towel, full size mirror. The walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors. The only perfect thing about this place is the beautiful beach steps away. Easy to find. Provided parking, and an ice machine. Also $5 per a small load of laundry. You def. Need a car to get to everything else.

Beware of the FALSE advertising!! Pictures show the place on the beach but it is next to a BUSY ROAD, NOT on the beach (the way the photo’s are showing!!) We purchased because we thought it would be safe away from roads for our children less crossing streets—not the case! tried calling to get our money back before we stayed there but the boss was unreachable they didn’t bother to respond after messages! They take your money and screw you! Ruthless place! lost so much money! They don’t care about the customer!

The hotel is excellent. Safe. The neighborhood has a lot restaurants and is a good location to visita beaches and around areas. Driving is important for this location.

Used as an overnite before early morn flite next day. Fine for that purpose. Location not too convenient for walking to eat. Nice view from property to the beach and water across street. Inadequate television service.

The place was clean and in good condition for the price.

I needed a break from my day to day stressors and I was able to unwind & have a few days to myself. Highly recommend & will return to this facility.

The unique feature about the property was the table stove and pot plus the kitchen utensils were available in the room. The crew that work at the property are very nice and willing to help. Nice location

This little gem is a sleeper. Just 15 minutes outside of the heart of town, its also accessible to the airport. The place is very clean, and has modern updates. For the price it can’t be beat!!!

Love the property. The ammenties with stove & fridge were very accomodating. It was directly accross the street from the beach!! You could walk to the market place Sandy Port and the staff was excellent especially Ms. Cash. Great experience! Thank you.

No answer when we called for directions. Maps were incorrect and we drove for 20 mins just looking for the place. No answer when we called with issues for door code. Eventually got it to work. Once inside, no toilet paper and sub par AC. I’ll pass on this one in the future..

Property was super cute for the area it was in. When we walked in our room, everything seemed clean. When we went to change our sheets, we noticed the mattress and pillows (without the sheets on) were discussing. so I would recommend maybe getting a mattress pad sheet that could be washed. Walls were very thin so you could hear everything. Overall good stay. Can’t complain too much for what we paid!

My flight was delayed by one day. When I arrived at sunset stay there was no one in the office to let me in and the lock box was broken. I had to walk outside in the heat at over 95 degrees with my heavy luggage. A taxi driver saw me struggling with my Luggage and sweating profusely. No network to call anyone for help. The taxi driver called the office manager who said someone was supposed to be there. He drove me back there and charged me $30.00. Will never go there again.

Pleasant stay

The facilities were good but the person in charge of the office/cleaning was terribly rude. She has no interest in ensuring the tourist a good travel experience. When asked to allow talking to the manager she refused to put the manager on the line. Hope the hotel reconsiders employing her any further.

10/10 would definitely do this again.
