Super easy check-in. The room was really clean and the location was a great. Just a short walk to Fenway Park and shops and restaurants.

It was a mediocre stay. The room and bathroom are small. There was also a dirty mark on the comforter which is gross. It got loud at night since it was close to a college.

The internet was not working during our stay. Noone responded to our messages about it. There is a garbage truck picking up garbage at 5.30 in the morning and it's quite loud and makes it very hard to sleep.

Super easy

Great location! Right next to a park and close to the city center. The room was small but fine. The shower was excellent. However, the downside is that the hotel has no reception. There is no human contact. I mention this because I arrived in Boston at 8 a.m., and check-in wasn’t until 4 p.m. I went to the hotel after leaving the airport to see if I could at least leave my bags while waiting for check-in time. Nothing. No one to assist me. I ended up walking around the city in the drizzle, carrying my luggage. Around 12 p.m., after walking for four hours with my bags and feeling exhausted from a 10-hour flight, I returned. Fortunately, Anabel, a cleaning staff member, helped me out and allowed me to store my luggage in the room. Kudos to Anabel for the assistance! But negative points for Maverick Suites: this experience was awful due to the lack of customer service structure at the hotel.

The place and experience overall is perfect, great furniture, everything super clean and the instructions were very clear. It is advisable to always be checking your email for notifications specially if you come outside de US. Read the instructions very carefuly if you don't want to have any inconvenience.

I did not recieve the final email with the codes (went to junk mail) and did not have entrance code or wifi codes and they did not answer the phone or call back. Eventually, I got them to give me the wifi code so I would find thier email but the whole thing was a waste of time and stressful. They need to have someone answer the phone and make commen sense judgments about sharing wifi codes etc.

I am not a traveler and when I got there and there was no front desk - I was shocked! But every time I sent a message it was answered in a timely matter! After the initial shock of no front desk. It was great!
