Very sketchy communication . I called several times the day before because the address at Booking.com was different than the address I received after payment. No response until they emailed back with a third address which made us very suspicious and uncomfortable. The property address changed a total of 3 times. 3 Different people were involved in texting. Very sketchy house rules were provided per email the day before. where we were not allowed to talk with anyone in the building: management, residents, maintenance . if we did, the reservation would be canceled. We could not use the main entrance under any circumstance but had to use the side entrance. Probably renting out this place is against the rules of El Centro Apartments. Only one key for 4 people which made it very impractical. I asked for a second key which was unavailable. There was no internet. No effort was made to fix it. No apology from the property owner. There was no TV. Again no response or apology.
