Check-in was terrible. Didn’t receive a door code, arrived at room at 3 pm, called but no answer, left voicemail. Good news was that after 10-15 minutes I did receive a call back from a very pleasant lady who set up my code and was very helpful. Unpleasant part was that while I was on that call I received a voicemail from a man (believe he as at the Roost) who left a rude message saying I had a balance due and would not receive a door code until paid! Note that room was booked and paid in full thru Expedia. I called him back because I was concerned if I left the room I might be locked out. His response was if I have been given a code then don’t worry about it. He offered no explanation about the balance due allegation and did not ask for a credit card or any other information.

The Springs hotel was a perfect couple getaway!!! Very clean and beautifully decorated. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

No elevated or ramp to get yours suitcases upstairs. The parking lot is gravel and luggage wont roll on it. No staff to help you. Mattress is uncomfortable. No light in bathroom. No hair dryer. No place to hang clothes. Every time someone closed their door across the hall the suction would pull the doors in our room.

The Springs Hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel offering very comfortable accommodations in the city with walkability to wonderful shops & restaurants. The location is in tree lined street with an art museum and church across the street! The room that we stayed in (Blue Verdain) was beautifully decorated with a huge walk in shower. The king size bed was like sleeping on a cloud!!

The hotel is conveniently located near Government Street. It has a unique and luxurious ambiance.

This hotel has been by far one of the best we have stayed at in a long time. Owners planned this one out, everything that you could think you may need they had. Bed was comfortable and shower was huge. Definitely will be staying there again!

I would highly recommend staying at The Springs Hotel. Everything about it was lovely! I loved that it was walking distance to the beach, shopping, and dining!

It is beautiful with such a lovely shower and bath! It was also in a great location. Ocean Springs is so pretty!

No live person on the property!!! The code given to enter your room faulty. Had trouble not only getting into room, but getting out as if a carpenter had not been running a buzz saw At 7:30 in morning I would not have known how to release the chain door latch. He was thankfully able to get his hand inside the door to show me how York the latch. No basic cable tv news channels so as to know what was going on in the world. No Fox News or any others. Had to venture over into New Orleans to have any contact with world events by Tv. Facility was actually very nice, however, no live hotel employees working on the actual property. You have to call another off-site number for any help. Called twice to be told someone would come to show how to work tv remote, but no person ever showed up. No bar on site as well.

Tastefully decorated, the great location was an easy walk to the restaurants and shops. Enjoyed the ambience of the town and surroundings--like being in Mayberry, only near the beach. Loved the coffee and bath amenities. Only thing less than perfect was a glitch using the pin to access our room. Quick phone call (only a couple of minutes) and the new pin worked.

The staff was very accommodating, room was very stylish, clean, and bed was comfortable. We left later in day and our room was still got cleaned. Enjoyed the place very much, highly recommend!
