Great location next to Crystal Palace station and cafes and amenities. The apartment is newly refurbished.

Initial communication from the host was quite poor, they don’t reply to booking messages. I had to call them, and even the day of the check in I had to call them and they only gave me the code to get in few minutes before 3. The stay was for 3 people and when we got there the third bed was not made, it was a folding bed, which we had to assemble only to realise that the mattress was 2cm thick we had to sleep on the small sofa in the living room as it was too uncomfortable. The cleaning was poor, dust on the floor, the shower base was dirty and there were stains on the duvet, thankfully a friend that was living nearby provided clean sheets, blankets and towels. Only medium size towels were provided so we had to ask our friend additional towels. They provided only 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 nights and 3 people, the roll provided was wet and marked with fingertips, we had to buy more anyway. The first morning we realised there was no hot water, we had to figure out how to switch the boiler in the kitchen, the host offered their help but we figure it out quicker by ourselves. We also asked how to switch on the heating but they didn’t reply to that so we just used the additional blankets provided by our friend, anyway the weather was quite warm.
