We loved the little touches - cookies, coffee, tupperware, the hosts had thought of everything we could possibly need even down to the exact amount of toilet roll for our stay.

The occasional little spider and cobwebs hanging about and creaky floor in the back bedroom so whenever one person moved around it woke up the other.

An excellent presented modern property with very welcoming and friendly hosts. Off road parking was provided with the hosts parking their vehicle on the roadside. Everything was provided to make a short or long stay comfortable.

The owner minor issue for us was that the bed was a bit on the narrow side.

Great location walking distance into Totnes. Well equipped and comfortable. Off street parking a great plus for Totnes. Katherine and Peter were fantastic hosts! Thanks.
