Great for our family!

Really enjoyed our stay. The house is really nice with comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen and outdoor grill are fantastic. The house is very well stocked for cooking. All the beach gear including snorkeling is provided in the garage. Bikes in the picture are not available for use. The only minor issue with our stay was noise from the upstairs neighbors. The morning they were packing to head out woke us up very early with loud footsteps above us. That was the only time noise was an issue, never heard the cleaning crew or the next guests that moved in. Overall a great place, I would highly recommend it to others and would stay there again.

Very well stocked and maintained condo in a quiet complex in the Mauna Lani area. You get access to the mauna Lani beach club beach and parking which made beach days with our toddler a breeze. We look forward to repeat stays here. Barbra was responsive and ensured everything went smooth.

The condo was as listed and more. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space for us and our teen kids. The garage is filled with everything you could want for a beach or pool day - chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, noodles, cooler on a roller. Lots of great places to walk around, very convenient location. The owner was very responsive anytime we reached out, and she was very friendly and kind. Would stay here again for sure.

The condo was perfect for our group (grandma, couple, kids (11 & 14). Really well stocked both in the kitchen and in the garage. The girls loved being able to spill out the backyard directly into the pool. The walk to the beach was very easy (15 minutes for rabble), although a little exposed for some on the tired march home. But it was worth it since we were greeted by sea turtles literally steps into the water. The location gave us perfect access for what we wanted to explore. The parking access at the beach club was great. Hāpuna beach was fantastic and just a short drive. Would definitely recommend.

We would go here again, if we had the chance. It was great. I guess the only thing that would be nice to fix would be to get the knives sharpened for other folks who use the kitchen as much as we did :)

This is just a wonderful condo in a small community in Mauna Lani. It is just steps out the back lanai to the pool and about a 3/4 mile walk down to the beach club (or a quick drive). The beach club is excellent for swimming/snorkeling. The condo was as advertised with everything you could need for a fun Hawaii stay: snorkel equipment, beach chairs/towels, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards. Condo is stocked with essentials so just needed to go to the store for food/perishables. The host is amazing and goes out of her way to be sure your stay is special. This will definitely be the condo I come back to for my Hawaii vacations! Mahalo and Aloha!

The first thing I noticed was how tasteful the decorations were. Someone paid attention to the details. This was the perfect location for us as well. The beaches in this area are commonly white sand, with great snorkeling or boogie boarding which we love. This home had everything we needed. No need to rent anything for beach going! They have many boogie boards, beach chairs, snorkel gear, towels, and coolers. Barbra was great. She was super responsive to our needs. We had a noise complaint with our upstairs neighbors and she reported it right away.

The only issue we had was the noise of the many feet above us during our stay. We heard their walking, jumping and at times we saw the light fixtures shake. Thankfully we only had two nights of the 6+ person family staying above us.

This condo is located in the beautiful resort area of Mauna Lani. It is roughly 25 minutes N of Kona International Airport. From the moment you pull up to the gated entry on the street, you feel like you are in a resort. The condo is well decorated and fully stocked. Our family of six, (4 adults and 2 kids) had plenty of room too spread out. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the bedrooms were very spacious. The living area had a very nice and comfortable sectional and one arm chair. The eating area was equipped with a table and six chairs, plus four bar stools at the counter. The kitchen had everything you would need. From two coffee makers (drip and Keurig) to a blender. Plenty of spices and other cooking material was in the pantry and cabinets. Our family enjoyed the walking path to the beach, the closeness of the pool, and the shopping area that had a grocery, juice bar, and coffee shop. The beach toys, chairs, fins and snorkels were a nice added touch, plus there were even coolers in the garage we used for a travel day to the Hilo side of the island. Overall, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Barbara also had a lot of great tips.

Beautiful condo, nicely furnished, many extras, gorgeous pool

The house is exactly what you see on line. The host has it fully stocked and amazed by all the little stuff they have. The pool is right outside back door, avale to barbecue and enjoy the quiet environment. Cooked multiple meals, make it easier with small kids. The beach club was great for snorkeling and teaching my kids without having to book an excursion. The host has a paddle board, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear. We enjoyed our trip and felt so comfortable and relaxed. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your home and enjoy this beautiful island

We had a fantastic week here. The condo is beautiful, and has all the amenities you could possibly want. Barbra is a great communicator and was always quick to respond to our questions. Our granddaughter loved the close proximity to the pool. I loved waking up and enjoying my morning coffee on the lanai, listening and watching the beautiful birds. We will definitely recommend this condo to our friends! Susan

This townhouse was the best stock townhouse I have ever stayed at. It had everything we needed. We went and got groceries but didn't have to worry about picking up basic spices or sauces. The communication with the owner was top notice. We had a small water heater problem and she was right on it and had it fixed in no time. The beach toys were great! The small complex is wonderful. There were rarely more than a couple of people at the pool. If you want a quiet relaxing vacation, Book this townhouse.

This ground floor unit was clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive for questions. The location was heavenly. We would happily stay in this unit again!

This was an ideal location for our family vacation. The condo was clean and really well stocked. The equipment in the garage was well organized and more than we had time to use. Plenty of space for a family of 5 adults and a toddler. The local beach is wonderful with the option to walk through the fishponds or drive using the parking pass. The pool was great and close to the nit. The host was responsive before and during our visit and provided all needed info. Definitely would be on our list if we make a return visit.

Our family (2 parents, 18 yo, 19 yo) had a wonderful stay at this beautiful condo. The condo itself is spacious, beautifully and tastefully decorated, extremely well stocked with supplies as well as items for our enjoyment (snorkels, boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers. paddle board - although it should be noted that the bicycles are not available for the renters). The setting is gorgeous. Although not directly on the water, the grounds outside the condo (especially on the lanai side) have beautiful flowers and plants and there are many birds (the birds were the primary sounds we got to listen to sitting on the lanai). The condo is just steps away from a magnificent pool with waterfalls and a lovely hot tub. We enjoyed both daily. The pathway to the beach is so peaceful and enjoyable for walking, although we most often drove to the beach (5-10 min) in order to take the snorkels and food we wanted for our beach sitting. Loved the coffee shop within walking distance, too. The beach was amazing - we were always able to find lounge chairs available and always able to find a shady spot to sit. It was easy to snorkel there as the water was always quiet and there was lots of coral and fish to see. To enjoy boogie boarding, you do need to go to another local beach, but we were mostly interested in swimming and snorkeling, so did not seek out other beaches (there are many close by). Restaurant choices in the resorts (this is mostly an area with resorts) are expensive, so we chose to drive to Kona or Wiamea (30-40 min drive) for meals out. Overall, we loved the condo - clean, relaxing, extremely well stocked. When we had any problems (which were minimal), we were able to contact Barbie and she got back to us within a few hours and was always helpful. Thank you for a wonderful Big Isalnd stay!!

Stop looking and book this place now if it's available. I conducted an extensive search to find the perfect place for our family on the Big Island, and am so glad we chose this place! The condo is clean, updated, and fully stocked with everything needed for a perfect beach vacation. The Owner is so sweet and responds immediately. Location was perfect, close to the community pool that was empty most of the time we used it. Would love to stay here again next time we visit the Big Island!!!

We stayed in this unit for a week in March of 2022. The condo was just as described. Excellent location to a very nice community pool, and just a short walk to the beach by the lava tubes and fish ponds. Also near the shops. Everything worked as it should in the unit. Owner is very responsive & was able to work with us to book an extra day when our flight was cancelled. Very happy we chose to stay here & will look to book it again when we come back to Hawaii.

This charming beach condo was perfect in every way for our family of 5. Everything about it was warm, welcoming, and contributed to our perfect Hawaiian vacation! It was exceptionally clean, comfortable (beds are amazing - slept very well), and chalk full of amenities enabling us to enjoy our vacation as if we lived there - boogie boards, beach chairs, coolers, and more! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the property daily and loved being able to walk to the beautiful beach to relax, snorkel, and swim. The hosts were extremely attentive and everything was as advertised, if not better! We sincerely enjoyed our stay and highly recommend, we will definitely be back!

This place was great. One of the best stocked rentals we have ever stayed in. And barb was a wonderful communicator. Perfect for our family with two teen boys.

We had an absolutely wonderful time renting this condo. The grounds are beautiful and the pool fabulous. We enjoyed the open air living and the ability to have screened doors open to allow a cross breeze through the condo. The garage is well stocked with all the beach gear you could need and helped make our stay even better. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return!

Extremely well appointed townhouse. Size,location,amenities ! Visiting Islands since 1970, from Kauai (Princevile), Maui , Oahu, Hilo and this spot upstages them all. The owners are very focused on vacationers needs from bed linens, kitchen supplies to beach toys! Private Beach Club was a very nice surprise from Cabanas, Lounge Chairs, the best Snorkling on island and Restauant.

We've just returned from a truly magical vacation to the Big Island, and can't recommend this condo highly enough! It's a fabulous location--close to all of our favorite beaches. And having access to the private beach is a huge plus. Barbra is incredibly attentive, even checking in with us mid-week to make sure that everything was OK. The unit has a fully stocked kitchen, and Barbra is very generous letting guests have use of her beach towels, boogie boards and snorkel equipment. We hope to stay here again someday!

All of the glowing reviews are true. This was a fantastic place to stay. My husband and our two kids (aged 3 and 1) stayed for two weeks with two other adult family members. The rental was well-stocked with all the basics and much more. The location is fantastic; close to the best beaches, Kona and easy day trip to Volcanoes and Hilo. The beach club beach is great for small kids as it is calm and sandy. The snorkeling right off the beach is amazing, some of the best we have seen anywhere on the Big Island. The condo is also close to the resort pool, which is really nice. We were there in early June and the place was nearly deserted - pool was empty most days and there was rarely any problem getting a chair at the beach. Barbra was very responsive and helpful, but we had no problems during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with a family and we would definitely stay here again.

This is the 4th year we have spent the month of February at this unit and have booked it again for next year. Although the ownership has changed, the same high standards have been maintained. We would highly recommend this unit to anyone, and our repeated return visits should speak for themselves.

From the minute you arrive, even before you open the front door with a beach themed wreath hanging from it, you know this is a special place. The white binder on the edge of the dining room table has great information, you will want to take some time to review the recommendations in this book. The kitchen has every gadget & small appliance you could want, it is better outfitted than my own kitchen! The furnishings & décor are comfortable & beautiful The bed was awesome, such a good night's sleep. The patio table on the lanai over looking the common area with the pool just off to the left was a great place to have your morning coffee & or afternoon cocktail. The garage has lots of beach accessories & toys including masks, snorkels, fins, boogie boards, even a surf board! It's obvious the owner's really want you to have fun and make special memories! We took advantage of the lap pool at the Mauna Lani spa just across the street from the Palm Villas too, a bit expensive for lap swimming but hey we were on vacation so when in Rome! The private beach was really nice and a good spot for snorkeling. The Mauna Lani golf course was just what you would hope a golf resort course would be, the only thing that wasn't great was the lunch after our round, just so, so but the bar cart girl was great & fully stocked with snacks and drinks. I could go on & on but I'm afraid if I make this review too long no one will read it & I want to share our perfect vacation experience. My advise is book this condo, go to Hawaii, have a perfect vacation with the people you love. You won't regret it!! .

We were two couples and stayed 4 nights in this beautiful villa (condo). Absolutely everything was provided in the villa that you could want for a perfect stay. There is also a very pretty swimming pool within a few steps of the door, and the beach club (with access included) is about a 15 minute walk away. The owners were very helpful with the booking and with providing information in the villa for the many activities on the Big Island. Since our last visit the new highway has replaced the old Saddle Road, so it is much faster to get to Hilo and the eastern side of the island without all the twists and turns of the old road. There are very good restaurants nearby in at the Mauna Lani Resort shops (walking distance) and at the Waikoloa Resort shops (just a short drive away). We will certainly return to this property when we are next able to visit the Big Island.

Don't over-pack because this condo has it all...beach towels, beach toys, snorkels, body boards, paddle board, etc. Enjoy sunbathing, snorkeling, and drinks at the private beach, or enjoy the pool & hot tub just a few steps from your private lanai, which features an outdoor kitchen! The beds and furnishings were luxurious. The guest book provided a complete list of local activities and attractions to explore. This was my first trip and stay in Hawaii and it certainly set the bar high for any future trips. I think I'm in love with this place!

It isn't very often that a rental property actually exceeds expectations. The pics online looked great, but they didn't do this place justice. No detail was overlooked and no expense spared. I love to cook and was very impressed with the fully loaded kitchen. This place had everything! The garage was also stocked with every imaginable beach toy. The snorkels were clean and in great condition. We just left our rental van loaded up with all the gear so that when we were out and about, we were ready for anything. The location was also great. This property is located right next to a historic lava trail with really cool caves, ponds, and beach access. We also found a pool and jacuzzi located right out the back door. We had such a great time, I look forward to staying here again and again!
