This house is squeezed into the end of the lane, so there is no privacy here at all. You have to shut all the blinds so the neighbors can’t see straight in your windows. There was cans and cigarette butts all around the dock. The floors of the house were dirty. I actually accused my daughter of walking outside barefoot until I realized all our feet were black. It also has a bad smell. The sewer smell was almost unbearable. Luckily we were out on the boat all day and didn’t get back until late. When I contacted them to let them know how bad the smell was they told me to just run all the hot water. We did, but it did not help at all. If we hadn’t paid so much I would have went to a hotel. We had to open doors and windows and sat outside until time to go to bed. They didn’t offer any help, any discounts, nothing. Just told me to have a safe trip home.

Beautiful property, excellent layout. Loved the private dock we were able to park are 2 boats and 1 jetski with no problem. Quiet retreat, had an awesome time there !

We really liked this house. As it says it is basically brand new. The bedrooms are all large, the finishes and furniture are all very nice and well chosen.We had 5 couples there for 5 nights and felt the overall size of the place was very adequate. A few things we were a bit surprised by were the bed sheets being so course, along with the bottom sheets not being fittted sheets. These 2 things just do not fit the overall top quality of this property. Additionally for some reason there were no towel bars in any of the bathrooms. Plus the master bath had no toilet paper holder. When I first looked at the property online I was concerned with the boat dock. I was afraid that it might not be deep enough due to the fact that it ran parallel to the shore vs perpendicular. We brought our 25' bowrider, which is a pretty typical boat for this or any other lake. While the depth at the dock was adequate, it was borderline too shallow. I trimmed up the motor to halfway to protect the out drive. The dock really just needs to be moved about 8' towards the middle of that little cove which would put the boat in 5' of water as opposed to 3.5' of water. Also the lights on the dock did not work. We came home in the dark almost every night, and the dock is unidentifiable. Our boat has docking lights so we were able to locate it. Despite these few issues we would not hesitate to rent this house again.
