VIEWS. Comfortable bed. Fully stocked kitchen. Super relaxing to just sit on the deck, watching the surfers....or inside watching TV if that's your pleasure. We appreciate being able to take our dog as the beach is dog friendly. An upside is the bumble bee path to the beach just outside the door (also could be a downside as the dog gets excited whenever anyone walks by). Did I say VIEWS? Wonderful views.

The house was what we needed. Process to check in and out was very simple. Location was perfect close to the market and the beach. The patio was breathtaking with a spectacular view of the waves and sunset. When you opened the sliding doors, you felt you were on the sand, next to the ocean. We had family members that were staying close to use, two houses in the Village and this was the nicest one. All one level, perfect for a 16 month old. We will definitely rebook.

This is a very nice house very near the beach. My wife, two adult kids and I stayed for 5 day / 4 nights. The house is located close to the main access point to the beach. One of the reasons we like to rent houses (vs. a hotel) is to cook. This rental had the best equipped kitchen of the rentals we have done over the years. Overall we were very happy with the rental.

Beautiful Ocean View with White Foaming Waves, Gentle Breeze, Deep inhales of Clean Fresh Air, Comfy Beds, Wonderful Appointed Kitchen with a View, Great Access to the Beach! Easy to use BBQ, Big Pantry and Open Cupboards for additional space! Just Lovely.

This cottage was in a great location with a great layout and view, comfortable beds and very large kitchen with everything we needed. So happy we could bring our small dog. There were games, books, tv etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Wow wow wow. This property is amazing! Right ON the beach! With breath taking views of the ocean! We were so happy with our stay, the owner was so kind and let us check in early. The house was very well taken care of and clean, the fridge had some condiments in it which was nice cause we forgot ours. Dillon beach is super clean and it’s dog friendly which was amazing for me because my dog is my baby and I take her everywhere with me. I can’t say enough how amazing our stay was, we will absolutely be back! Also, The only thing that was kind of unfortunate is the little grocery store they have there doesn’t have a lot of food for like pizzas and stuff for if you don’t want to have to cook. The price for the house was good for a night but they added on a “host fee” which I’m not sure what that is for but it was an extra 250$ which we thought is a lot. This is a very small beach town so just come prepared with snacks and all foods that you want.

cosy comfortable cottage
biggest issue was the difficulty entering the cottage; a very steep pathway (and shortcut) begins at the cottage. as well as being steep, the path is very slanted making navigating uneasy especially older people with balance issues. A couple of steps would level the pathway to more easily enter the cottage.
the other issue was having only half roll of toilet paper and a tiny amount of hand soap in the bathroom. telphoned the property manager who had both items delivered to us 4 women very quickly.
