Great location and value for money. For us the bed was a little hard . ( personal preference)

Parking away from property but not a big problem.

The property was situated just near the sea front in a lovely quiet little road. The facilities had everything you needed for a family. The property was spotless and dressed beautifully for Christmas. We were welcomed with Mulled wine, crackers, mince pies and lots of tea and coffee (including milk and sugar). All appliances were to a top spec! The central heating was new, modern and very efficient. The shower was modern and brilliant! Also a massive bonus is the hot tub - clean, warm and made our weekend a special one. The host was very attentive and communicative and enabled us some flexibility on our checkout time which we were so grateful for. I would highly recommend this diamond find of a cottage. We had an amazing weekend making special memories.

It was perfect no negatives at all.

The house is lovely but needs some tlc smells lovely and clean when you walk in but really is not a strong air freshener does not mean it’s clean had to clean all dishes before we used them crumbs on floors and under the oven old stained sponge to wash up with Broken blind in bedroom no cover over the hot tub and polls are held up with wire and house next door made us feel uncomfortable as had the phone on window over looking the hot tub so didn’t feel like we could go back in hot tub Fire looks to small for gap it’s in so big hole under it have taken more photos but wouldn’t let me add them

How clean it was and smelled lovely

It was very clean. Welcoming as soon as we opened the door. Bright and airy. The hot tub was lovely. Great sized fridge. Washer if needed. The how’re was a great size. The tv great and lots of choice so hubby was extra happy. Lovely welcome pack. Good location for the sea front and chip shop. Parking wasn’t an issue but could be in summer?

The beds were far too hard for us and the double was very creaky. My husband had to spend most of the night on the sofa. Also not very long so with 3 people at 6ft plus they were too tall. The bedrooms need a blind or curtains as well as the slatted blinds as it was very bright in the rooms at night. A neighbour had a security light that was going on and off all night so that was also an issue but not the fault of the property but blinds would certainly help.

Everything was immaculate and smelt lovely and clean. Well equipped and lovely little touches around the home, a very pleasant stay and lots to do, a great location everything is on the doorstep. We had a great time and made full use of the hot tub. Thanks for being great hosts too. You wouldn’t be disappointed.

Lovely cottage near the seafront. Perfect for a short break. Hot tub was on before we arrived which was a nice touch. The house was spotless and had everything we needed for our stay. Would book again and recommend.
