Очень хорошо оборудованная кухня со всем необходимым включая большой ассортимент специй. Капсульная кофеварка с капсулами, большой телевизор. Чистота, уют. Можно пешком дойти до центра, магазинов, вокзала.

Скрипит кровать, немного странные простыни. За окном на данный момент идёт шумная стройка, где работы начинают довольно рано.

Excellent apartment, very spacious, clean and well equipped. Even better than presented on the photos. Flawless communication with the owner. It's not a city center (for us it was an advantage as the parking in the city center is exepensive, and here is free and available without problems). The ride to the center takes 10-20 min by car (depending on traffic) or 5 min walk to the tram stop and 10 min by tram.

The apartment is in a post-industrial district currently being rebuilt into modern housing estates. Nothing that would be particularly disturbing, but it's not the prettiest part of Brno. Note that all beds are in the same bedroom (separate from the living room): one comfortable double bed and three mattresses on the mezzanine (step ledder not suitable for small children, but older will love it!).
