The Anchored Lighthouse - 2630 Bienville Blvd
Experience the epitome of coastal luxury at this breathtaking two-story waterfront beach house at The Anchored Lighthouse on Dauphin Island. Elevated to offer panoramic views, the property features a ramp leading to a back deck, creating a seamless connection between indoor and outdoor living. The first floor boasts four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, an open floor plan that includes a kitchen, dining room, and living room, as well as a dedicated laundry room. The second floor offers versatile sleeping arrangements with five full beds, complemented by a wet bar, a sitting area with a large TV, and two charming window nooks. The outdoor oasis, complete with a private and heated pool on the back deck, invites you to savor the coastal breeze, making this residence a haven for both relaxation and entertainment—a true gem for those seeking a refined coastal lifestyle on Dauphin Island.
Access to the Gulf of Mexico is .3 miles away from The Anchored Lighthouse or enjoy your own private beach on Dauphin Island's sound side right in your backyard.
As with all of our Property Manager, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you! The pool is heated from October thru April.
Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
