Very nice place. First class.

Pool was much smaller than the pics led you to believe. But still very nice. Location wasn’t great. Had to taxi to most places.

uitgebreid ontbijt, goede kwaliteit. bedden prima. housekeeping goed. Enorme handdoeken. dakterras met klein zwembad, wel onverwarmd wat in oktober nog wel fris was. kleine gym maar alles wat je nodig hebt. op loopafstand van het CCIB congrescentrum (2 blokken lopen) vlak bij grote mall (winkelcentrum) met main-street merken (Zara, bershka, mediamarkt, decatlon etc). er is een kitchenette met voldoende spullen om zelf een eenvoudige maaltijd te maken (pannen, koelkast, bestek, borden etc) maar hier heb ik geen gebruik van gemaakt.

voor deze prijs had ik bijvoorbeeld ook badjassen en slippers verwacht om naar het zwembad te lopen. de medewerkers in de rooftop bar hadden wisselend zin om te bedienen, kwamen soms wel zelf bestelling opnemen, soms werd je enigszins genegeerd tot je zelf naar de bar liep.

L'hôtel est très bien avec de très bons services ! Le must est la vue du rooftop avec la piscine ! De plus, les chambres sont confortables et les terrasses géniales pour profiter du soleil et de la vue !

Spacious and very clean. Rooms are well equipped. Staff were very helpful. The Hotel has great facilities.

Wifi in the room was slow. No power point at the kitchenette area is an inconvenience when using the kettle/coffee machine.

Le petit déjeuner est trop répétitif , il manque par exemple des crêpes ou des pancakes ou encore des choses permettant de maintenir davantage les aliments chauds. Il fait très froid dans la piscine , il fait du courage pour s’y baigner

Très bel hôtel, chambre spacieuse et très propre, la literie est de qualité. Le rooftop est appréciable, les cocktails y sont délicieux. Les transports sont à proximité ( bus au pieds de l'hôtel et métro/tram à 5 min à pieds).

L'hôtel se situe dans un mauvais quartier, où l'insécurité se fait ressentir en plus de l'odeur nauséabonde ( usine à déchet à proximité ) Petit déjeuner peu copieux.

Hotel nuevo de hace meses, limpio y con buenos servicios como piscina en la planta 17. Cómodo para ir a eventos en el Parc Forum. Parking en el mismo edificio.

La suite standard es una habitación doble con balcón. Quizás las expectativas son demasiado elevadas al marcar estas habitaciones como suites.

Romain réceptionniste était incroyablement gentil avec un accueil irréprochable le sourire était présent et plus des indications vis à vis de Barcelone.. En résumé tout était parfait un grand merci.

Nous avons adoré le petit déjeuner très varié et un délice les chambres nickel la terrasse un vrai plus le personnel au top et le brunch au Kanga Café un délice.

Le personnel du jour, de la salle de petit déjeuner et de la piscine et de son bar a été très agréable et serviable! Très bon petit déjeuner ! Agents de sécurité 24h/24 à l'entrée de l'hôtel. Très belle vue sur Barcelone depuis la piscine située au 17éme étage. Côtés positifs: accessible par le Tram 4, à proximité du centre commercial Diagonal Mar à 2 stations de Tram et la plage de Levante accessible depuis la passerelle du centre commercial Diagonal Mar

Le personnel de nuit désagréable et peu aimable! La vue sur ville et sur la plage depuis sa chambre pas possible pour les chambres situées en dessous du 10ème étage !

Beautiful, clean, relaxing, safe place to relax and enjoy the incredible skyline of Barcelona…. And the beach! Reception were very helpful and from the moment you walk through the doors- you know you made the right choice of hotel…

Apesar de não estar no centro, tem acesso fácil a meios de transporte.

Perfect location- not far from the airport. close to one of the beaches, close to a mall with good brands and huge supermarket. Also nearby cafes and small supermarkets with good quality items. Super clean room (2 bedroom apartment )- booked as sea view and got all views :) from the 15th floor. Equipped Kitchenette with cooking utensils. Very friendly staff with welcoming smiles :). Also helpful with tips and advices on places to see and visit. Fast and smooth checkout in less than 3 mins. Pool was of course rather small so not so many people can be in the water at once. There was an unfortunate baby accident and immediately pool was closed for cleaning and disinfecting which signaled high level of hygine for us - happy about that !

As per the booking a water kettle can be offered upon request; we asked for it 3 times and the 3rd time they apologized for not being able to accommodate that which is ok but perhaps better tell right away instead of us asking several times. For a nice bedroom apartment, perhaps a kettle in the room should be one of the standard amneties and not upon request especially that there is already a nespresson machine and mugs and tea bags :) but that's a minor thing compared to our overall satisfaction with the hotel.

J’ai adoré en premier lieu le personnel au petit soin ils m’ont informés que l’hôtel avait ouvert il y a peu pourtant tous les services sont disponibles à un super rapport qualité prix la localisation n’est pas En centre ville Mais nous avons adoré car en 15 minutes en métro ou tramway nous étions sur la Barceloneta franchement je n’ai rien à redire j’ai même été surprise

De ne pas pouvoir rester après 12h l’hôtel étant complet le lendemain mais ils m’ont proposé de rester a la piscine de my doucher et de garder mes bagages

the staff at the roof top restaurant were amazing. The location i thought was great. Accessible and near to a splendid beach and also shopping mall near. The rooms were clean and had great facilities and as a whole the building was stunning and ultra clean also the breakfast spread was 10/10 absolutely out of this world not to forget the staff on breakfast duty especially a particular lady who's name i did not catch.

the hotel had a horrific stench running throughout the whole building despite it being spotless. upon my arrival I was embarrassed by the lady that dealt with my check in as she wrongly informed me that my booking had not been paid for and almost made me pay twice only to have another colleague look over to see that it was only the tax that I needed to pay this was an hour of embarrassment that could have been avoided. To add my check out was an early check out at 5am due to an early flight to London I was disappointed that I would not be able to eat one last time their wonderful breakfast and was not offered at check in nor told that the hotel provided picnics for early morning checkouts, this i found out when i saw a fellow guest being given such whilst i was checking out. Also the housekeeping could have been a lot better other than making our beds and providing clean towels there was a lot left to be desired, our luggage was lost by the airline and so my cousin and I were left without basic amenities, wen had to basically by chance help ourselves to toothbrushes and other toiletries from the cart outside, why these were not put in the room I do not know.

Off the center though close to a shopping mall and small groceries and metro station. A very modern and chic hotel with new, spacious rooms and great amenities. The pool on the rooftop is fantastic. Great breakfast and food experience overall. Great views from balconies for those who are not scared of the heights.

Takes some time to get to most attractions. The balconies are a challenge for those scared of the heights with its see-through railings.
